Claims (15)
- 고정층 촉매 부분 산화반응에 사용가능한 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 올레핀으로부터 불포화 알데히드를 주로 생산하는 제1단계 반응영역과 불포화 알데히드로부터 불포화산을 주로 생산하는 제2단계 반응영역 중 적어도 하나의 반응영역을 포함하고, 상기 반응영역 중 적어도 하나는 2이상의 촉매층을 포함하며, 2 이상의 촉매층은 촉매 유효성분 내 세공의 밀도 및/또는 크기가 서로 상이한 촉매 성형물로 각각 충진되어 있되, 반응기 입구쪽에서 출구쪽으로 갈수록 세공의 밀도 및/또는 크기에 의해 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적이 커지도록 조절된 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 성형물은 촉매 유효 성분만을 원하는 형태로 성형함으로써 수득되는 성형 촉매, 또는 촉매 유효 성분을 원하는 형태의 불활성 담체에 지지시킴으로써 수득되는 지지 촉매인 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세공의 밀도 및/또는 크기가 서로 상이한 촉매 유효성분은a) 촉매 유효성분인 금속산화물을 이루는 금속성분의 염을 혼합하여 촉매 수용액 또는 현탁액을 제공하는 단계 ;b) 상기 촉매 수용액 또는 현탁액을 건조하여 촉매 분말을 제공하는 단계; 및c) 전단계의 결과물을 소성하는 단계를 포함하되,a) 단계 도중 또는 b) 단계와 c) 단계 사이에 첨가량, 입자 크기 또는 둘다가 조절된 승화성 물질 또는 열분해 물질을 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 제조 방법에 의해 제공된 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 승화성 물질 또는 열분해 물질은 50 내지 200℃에서 승화 또는 열분해되는 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 승화성 물질 또는 열분해 물질은 요소(NH2CONH2), 멜라민(C3H6N6), 암모늄 옥살레이트(C2H8N2O4), 메틸 옥살레이트(C4H6O4) 및 나프탈렌(C10H8)으로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 승화성 물질 또는 열분해 물질은 0.01~50 ㎛ 크기의 입상 분말 또는 액상인 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 승화성 물질 또는 열분해 물질은 촉매 유효 성분에 대하여 0~30 중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 분말은 150 ㎛ 이하로 분쇄하여 사용하는 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세공에 의해 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적이 가장 작은 촉매층은 최고 과열점을 포함하고, 상기 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적은 5 내지 10 m2/g 범위인 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 반응영역에 2단으로 촉매층을 충진할 경우 제 1 충진층의 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적은 5 내지 10 m2/g 범위이고, 제 2 충진층의 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적은 10 내지 100 m2/g 범위인 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 반응영역에 3단으로 촉매층을 충진할 경우 제 1 충진층의 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적은 5 내지 10 m2/g 범위이고, 제 2 충진층의 촉매의 비표면적은 10 내지 50 m2/g 범위이고, 제 3 충진층의 촉매의 비표면적은 50 내지 100 m2/g 범위인 것이 특징인 반응기.
- 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기에서 고정층 촉매 부분 산화반응에 의하여 올레핀으로부터 불포화 알데히드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 기재된 반응기로서, 불포화 알데히드를 생산하는 반응영역이 2이상의 촉매층을 포함하고, 2 이상의 촉매층은 촉매 유효성분 내 세공의 밀도 및/또는 크기가 서로 상이한 촉매 성형물로 각각 충진되어 있되, 반응기 입구쪽에서 출구쪽으로 갈수록 세공의 밀도 및/또는 크기에 의해 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적이 커지도록 조절된 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 유효성분은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 화합물인 것이 특징인 제조방법:[화학식 1]Moa Ab Bc Cd De Ef Fg Oh상기 식에서,Mo는 몰리브덴이고,A는 Bi, 및 Cr로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,B는 Fe, Zn, Mn, Nb, Te 로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,C는 Co, Rh, 및 Ni로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,D는 W, Si, Al, Zr, Ti, Cr, Ag 및 Sn으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고,E는 P, Te, As, B, Sb, Sn, Nb, Cr, Mn, Zn, Ce, 및 Pb로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,F는 Na, K, Li, Rb, Cs, Ta, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ba 및 MgO로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고, a, b, c, d, e, f 및 g는 각 원소의 원자 비율을 나타낸 것이며,단, a=10일 때, b는 0.01~10이고, c는 0.01~10이며, d는 0.0~10이고, e는 0.0~10이며, f는 0~20이고, g는 0~10이며, h는 상기의 각 성분의 산화 상태에 따라 정해지는 수치이다.
- 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기에서 고정층 촉매 부분 산화반응에 의하여 불포화 알데히드로부터 불포화 산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 기재된 반응기로서, 불포화 산을 생산하는 반응영역이 2이상의 촉매층을 포함하고, 2 이상의 촉매층은 촉매 유효성분 내 세공의 밀도 및/또는 크기가 서로 상이한 촉매 성형물로 각각 충진되어 있되, 반응기 입구쪽에서 출구쪽으로 갈수록 세공의 밀도 및/또는 크기에 의해 촉매 유효성분의 비표면적이 커지도록 조절된 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 유효성분은 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물인 것이 특징인 제조방법:[화학식 2]MoaWbVcAdBeCfOx상기 식에서,Mo는 몰리브덴이고,W는 텅스텐이며,V는 바나듐이고,A는 철(Fe), 구리(Cu), 비스무스(Bi), 크롬(Cr), 코발트(Co), 망간(Mn)으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,B는 주석(Sn), 안티몬(Sb), 니켈(Ni), 세슘(Cs) 및 탈륨(Tl)으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,C는 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고,O는 산소이고,a, b, c, d, e, f 및 x는 각각 Mo, W, V, A, B, C 및 O 원소의 원자 비율을 나타낸 것이며,a=10일 때, 0.5 ≤b ≤4, 0.5 ≤c ≤5, 0 ≤d ≤5, 0 ≤e ≤2, 0 ≤f ≤2 이며, x는 상기의 각 성분의 산화 상태에 따라 정해지는 수치임.
