Claims (7)
- 촉매가 충진된 고정상 다단 열매체 순환 방식의 다관식 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기를 이용하여, 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌, t-부틸 알코올, 및 메틸-t-부틸 에테르에서 선택된 적어도 일 종의 화합물을 원료로 하고, 분자상 산소 또는 분자상 산소 함유 가스에 의해 기상 접촉 산화함으로써 상기 원료에 대응하는 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서;
상기 다단 열매체 순환 방식의 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기는, 원통형 쉘, 상기 쉘의 내부를 독립된 복수의 공간으로 분리하는 복수의 튜브 시트, 상기 쉘의 내부에 독립된 복수의 공간을 각각 공간적으로 연속된 두 개의 구역으로 구분하는 배플(baffle), 및 상기 복수의 튜브 시트와 배플을 관통하여 상기 쉘의 내부에 고정된 복수의 반응 튜브를 포함하고;
상기 쉘의 내부에 독립된 복수의 공간에서는 독립된 열매체의 흐름에 의해 각각 독립적으로 280 내지 400 ℃의 온도로 상기 반응 튜브에 대한 열전달이 이루어지며;
상기 반응 튜브에는 공간적으로 연속된 적어도 네 개의 고정 촉매층 대역이 존재하고, 상기 고정 촉매층 대역은 반응 튜브의 입구로부터 출구 방향으로 높은 활성을 가지는,
불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 쉘 내부에 독립된 복수의 공간에서는, 상기 반응 튜브의 입구로부터 출구 방향으로 높은 온도를 갖는 독립된 다단 열매체의 흐름에 의해 상기 반응 튜브에 대한 열전달이 이루어지는,
불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 튜브 시트는 상기 쉘의 내부를 독립된 두 개의 공간으로 분리하고;
상기 복수의 튜브 시트에 의해 분리된 두 개의 공간은 상기 배플에 의해 각각 공간적으로 연속된 두 개의 구역으로 구분되고;
상기 반응 튜브에는 상기 배플에 의해 형성된 구역들에 대응하는 네 개의 고정 촉매층 대역이 존재하는,
불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 고정 촉매층 대역은, 반응 튜브의 입구로부터 출구 방향으로 높은 활성을 가지는 제1 내지 제4 고정 촉매층 대역을 포함하고,
상기 제1 고정 촉매층 대역은 상기 제4 고정 촉매층 대역이 갖는 촉매 활성의 75 내지 85 %인 활성을 나타내는,
불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 쉘의 내부는, 상기 복수의 튜브 시트에 의해 반응 튜브의 입구로부터 출구 방향으로 독립된 제1 및 제2 내부 공간으로 분리되어 있고,
상기 제1 내부 공간에 흐르는 제1 열매체의 온도는 상기 제2 내부 공간에 흐르는 제2 열매체의 온도보다 낮게 조절되는,
불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 내부 공간에서는 상기 제1 열매체의 흐름에 의해 295 내지 350 ℃의 온도로 상기 반응 튜브에 대한 열전달이 이루어지고,
상기 제2 내부 공간에서는 상기 제2 열매체의 흐름에 의해 300 내지 400 ℃의 온도로 상기 반응 튜브에 대한 열전달이 이루어지는,
불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 복합금속 산화물인, 불포화 알데하이드 및 불포화 카르복실산의 제조 방법:

상기 화학식 1에서,
Mo는 몰리브덴이고,
Bi는 비스무스이고,
M1은 W, Sb, As, P, Sn, 및 Pb로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고,
M2는 Fe, Zn, Cr, Mn, Cu, Pd, Ag, 및 Ru으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고,
M3는 Co, Cd, Ta, Pt, 및 Ni로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고,
M4는 Al, Zr, V, 및 Ce으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고,
M5는 Se, Ga, Ti, Ge, Rh, 및 Au로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고,
M6는 Na, K, Li, Rb, Cs, Ca, Mg, Sr, 및 Ba로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 원소이고,
a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, 및 i는 각 원소의 원자 비율이고,
a=12일 때, b는 0.01 내지 20, c는 0 내지 20, d는 0.001 내지 15, e는 0.001 내지 20, f는 0 내지 20, g는 0 내지 10, h는 0.001 내지 10, i는 상기 각 원소의 산화 상태에 따라 정해지는 수치이다.
