Claims (13)
- 고주파 전원에 접속되어, 플라스틱 용기가 삽입되었을 때에, 상기 용기를 둘러싸는 크기를 갖는 외부 전극과 상기 용기내에 삽입된 내부 전극 사이에 상기 내부 전극으로부터 공급된 매질 가스의 존재 하에서 플라즈마를 생성하여 상기 용기 내면에 차단성이 우수한 막을 형성하는 플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치에 있어서,상기 외부 전극은, 기대 및 상기 기대 위에 설치된 통형상 지지 부재의 내부에 배치되고, 또한 바닥부에 상기 기대에 대하여 절연체을 거쳐서 배치되는 개폐 가능한 외부 전극 바닥부재를 갖는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기대 및 상기 통형상 지지 부재는 전자 실드 부재인플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 통형상 지지 부재는 그 상단에 있어서 접지된 배기관에 고정되는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기대, 상기 절연체 및 상기 외부 전극 바닥부재는, 푸셔에 의해 일체적으로 상하 운동 되어서 상기 외부 전극의 바닥부가 개폐되는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 용기가 삽입되었을 때에, 적어도 상기 용기의 입구부 및 숄더부와 상기 외부 전극 사이에 개재된 유전체 재료로 이루어진 스페이서를 더 구비하는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 상기 용기의 숄더부로부터 또한 바닥부를 향해서 연장되는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막형 계 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내부 전극이 텅스텐 또는 스테인리스강으로 제조되는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고주파 전원은 상기 외부 전극에 설치된 급전 단자에 접속되는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 고주파 전원은 상기 외부 전극에 설치된 급전 단자에 동축 케이블을 통해 접속되고, 또한 상기 동일축 케이블에 정합기가 개장되는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 차단성이 우수한 막이 탄소막인플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 내부 전극은 가스 분사 구멍이 형성된 캡을 선단에 갖는플라스틱 용기 내면에의 차단막 형성 장치.
- 기대와, 상기 기대 위로 설치된 통형상 지지 부재와, 상기 기대 및 통형상 지지부재의 내부에 배치되고, 플라스틱 용기가 삽입되었을 때에 상기 용기를 둘러싸는 크기를 갖는 동시에, 바닥부에 상기 기대에 대하여 절연체를 거쳐서 배치되는 개폐 가능한 외부 전극 바닥부재를 갖는 외부 전극과, 상기 기대, 상기 절연체 및 상기 외부 전극 바닥부재를 일체적으로 상하 운동시켜서 상기 외부 전극의 바닥부 를 개폐하는 푸셔와, 상기 용기내에 삽입되어, 상기 용기내에 매질 가스를 공급하는 내부 전극과, 상기 외부 전극과 상기 용기 사이 및 상기 용기내를 배기하는 배기 수단과, 상기 외부 전극에 접속된 고주파 전원을 구비한 플라스틱 용기 내면으로의 차단막 형성 장치를 이용하여 내면 차단막 피복 플라스틱 용기를 제조함에 있어서,(a) 상기 푸셔에 의해 상기 기대, 상기 절연체 및 상기 외부 전극 바닥부재를 일체적으로 분리하여 상기 외부 전극 바닥부를 개방하는 공정과,(b) 상기 외부 전극내에 플라스틱 용기를 삽입하는 공정과,(c)상기 푸셔에 의해 상기 외부 전극 바닥부에 상기 외부 전극 바닥부재, 상기 절연체 및 상기 기대를 이 순서로 부착하여 상기 용기를 상기 외부 전극내에 수납하는 공정과,(d) 상기 용기 내외의 가스를 상기 배기 수단에 의해 배기하는 공정과,(e) 상기 용기내에 상기 내부 전극으로부터 매질 가스를 공급하는 공정과,(f) 상기 기대 및 상기 통형상 지지 부재에 의해 전자 실드하면서, 상기 고주파 전원으로부터 고주파 전력을 상기 외부 전극에 공급하고, 상기 용기내에 플라즈마를 생성시켜, 상기 용기내의 상기 매질 가스를 분해시켜서 상기 용기 내면에 차단막을 피복하는 공정과,(g) 고주파 전력, 매질 가스 및 가스의 배기를 정지시킨 후, 상기 용기 내획을 대기압으로 되돌리는 공정과,(h) 상기 푸셔에 의해 상기 기대, 상기 절연체 및 상기 외부 전극 바닥부재 를 일체적으로 분리하여 상기 외부 전극바닥부를 개방하고, 상기 외부 전극내의 상기 용기를 취출하는 공정을 포함하는내면 차단막 피복 플라스틱 용기의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 (b) 내지 (h)의 순서를 따라서 다음 플라스틱 용기의 차단막 피복 조작을 실행하는내면 차단막피복 플라스틱 용기의 제조 방법.
