Description
Claims (10)
- 존재하는 유일한 촉매 종으로서 1종 이상의 트라이알킬아민, 및 선택적으로 사슬 종결제로서 1종 이상의 모노하이드록시방향족 화합물 또는 그의 클로로포메이트의 존재하에, pH 약 9 내지 12 범위의 알칼리성의 혼합된 수성-유기 액체중에서, 포스젠과 1종 이상의 다이하이드록시방향족 화합물을 약 0.3 내지 0.85:1 범위의 몰비로 접촉시켜 올리고머성 방향족 폴리카보네이트 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;약 10.5 내지 13.5 범위의 pH에서, 1종 이상의 폴리오가노실록세인 비스(아릴)클로로포메이트로 필수적으로 구성된 시약과 상기 혼합물을 조합하되, 선택적으로 (1) 포스젠 및 (2) 사슬 종결제로서 1종 이상의 모노하이드록시방향족 화합물 또는 그의 클로로포메이트중 적어도 하나를 추가로 도입하면서 조합하여 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트 올리고머 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트 함유 혼합물에 포스젠, 및 선택적으로 사슬 종결제를 첨가하여 목적하는 분자량의 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,올리고머성 방향족 폴리카보네이트가 비스페놀 A 폴리카보네이트인 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,A3이 산소 원자에 대해 오르토 위치에 메톡시기를 갖는 2-메톡시-1,4-페닐렌이고, R2가 트라이메틸렌이고, R3이 각각 메틸이고, n이 약 10 내지 100의 평균 값을 갖는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,폴리오가노실록세인 비스(아릴)클로로포메이트중의 클로로포메이트 말단기의 비율 이 총 말단기중의 백분율로 약 90% 이상인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하이드록사이드기 대 클로로포메이트기의 비가 약 4:1 이상인 제조방법.
- 존재하는 유일한 촉매 종으로서 트라이에틸아민, 및 선택적으로 사슬 종결제로서 페놀, p-큐밀페놀 및 이들의 클로로포메이트중 적어도 하나의 존재하에, pH 약 9 내지 12 범위의 알칼리성의 혼합된 수성-염화메틸렌 액체중에서, 포스젠과 비스페놀 A를 약 0.30 내지 0.85:1 범위의 몰비로 접촉시켜 올리고머성 방향족 폴리카보네이트 혼합물을 생성하는 단계;약 10.5 내지 13.5 범위의 pH에서, 유일한 촉매 종으로서 트라이에틸아민의 존재하에, 혼합된 수성-염화메틸렌 액체중에서, 하기 화학식 III을 갖는 1종 이상의 폴리오가노실록세인 비스(아릴)클로로포메이트로 필수적으로 구성된 시약과 상기 혼합물을 조합하되, 선택적으로 포스젠 및 사슬 종결제로서 페놀, p-큐밀페놀 또는 이들의 클로로포메이트중 적어도 하나를 추가로 도입하면서 조합하여 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트 올리고머 혼합물을 형성하는 단계(이 때, 하이드록사이드기 대 클로로포메이트기의 비는 약 10:1 내지 약 3,000:1이고, 상기 폴리오가노실록세인 비스(아릴)클로로포메이트의 비율은 약 0.1 내지 30.0중량%의 오가노실록세인 단위를 함유하는 생성물을 생성하도록 하는 양이다); 및상기 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트 함유 혼합물에 포스젠, 및 선택적으로 사슬 종결제를 첨가하여 목적하는 분자량의 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트의 제조방법:화학식 III상기 식에서, A3은 산소 원자에 대해 오르토 위치에 메톡시기를 갖는 2-메톡시-1,4-페닐렌이고, R2는 트라이메틸렌이고, R3은 각각 메틸이고, n은 약 5 내지 60 범위의 평균 값을 갖는다.
- 존재하는 유일한 촉매 종으로서 1종 이상의 트라이알킬아민, 및 선택적으로 사슬 종결제로서 1종 이상의 모노하이드록시방향족 화합물 또는 그의 클로로포메이트의 존재하에, pH 약 9 내지 12 범위의 알칼리성의 혼합된 수성-유기 액체중에서, 포스젠과 1종 이상의 다이하이드록시방향족 화합물을 약 0.30 내지 0.85:1 범위의 몰비로 접촉시켜 올리고머성 방향족 폴리카보네이트 혼합물을 생성하는 단계(이 때, 다이하이드록시방향족 화합물의 양은 사용되는 총량의 약 90중량% 이상이다);약 10.5 내지 13.5 범위의 pH에서, 1종 이상의 폴리오가노실록세인 비스(아릴)클로로포메이트로 필수적으로 구성된 시약과 상기 혼합물을 조합하되, 선택적으로 (1) 포스젠 및 (2) 사슬 종결제로서 1종 이상의 모노하이드록시방향족 화합물 또는 그의 클로로포메이트중 적어도 하나를 추가로 도입하면서 조합하여 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트 올리고머 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;상기 다이하이드록시방향족 화합물의 잔부 약 10중량% 이하를 상기 초기 도입 이후의 하나 이상의 시점에서 도입하는 단계; 및상기 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트 함유 혼합물에 포스젠, 및 선택적으로 사슬 종결제를 첨가하여 목적하는 분자량의 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 코폴리오가노실록세인카보네이트의 제조방법.
