Claims (7)
- 선단으로 땜납을 용융시키는 인두 팁과,상기 인두 팁의 내부에 상기 인두 팁의 후단에서 선단을 따라 형성되고 상기 후단측으로 개구된 대략 원기둥 모양의 삽입 요부와,코일 형상으로 형성됨과 아울러 표면이 절연 산화막으로 피복되고 상기 삽입 요부에 삽입되는 히터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 인두.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히터를 구성하는 선재의 재료는 알루미늄을 함유한 철-크롬계의 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 인두.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 요부는, 상기 인두 팁 후단측에 마련된 히터 삽입부와, 상기 인두 팁 선단측에 마련되고 내경이 상기 히터 삽입부의 내경보다 작게 설정된 온도 감지기 삽입부로 구성됨과 아울러,상기 온도 감지기 삽입부에 온도 검출 가능한 온도 감지기가 삽입되고, 상기 온도 감지기 삽입부의 내주면에 상기 온도 감지기가 접촉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 인두.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 온도 감지기 삽입부의 내경보다 작게 설정된 외경을 갖는 원통체가 상기 온도 감지기 삽입부에 삽입됨과 아울러,상기 원통체의 외주면과 상기 온도 감지기 삽입부의 내주면 사이에 상기 온도 감지기가 끼워져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 인두.
- 선단으로 땜납을 용융시키는 인두 팁을 구비한 납땜 인두의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 인두 팁의 내부에 상기 인두 팁의 후단으로부터 선단을 따라 형성되고 상기 후단측으로 개구되는 대략 원기둥 모양의 삽입 요부를 형성하는 공정과,알루미늄을 함유한 철-크롬계의 금속을 코일 형상으로 형성하여 히터를 구성하는 공정과,상기 히터를 소정 온도의 퍼니스에 소정 시간 동안 넣어 고온 산화시키는 공정과,고온 산화된 상기 히터를 상기 삽입 요부에 삽입시키는 공정과,상기 삽입 요부의 내주면과 접하는 온도 감지기를 마련하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 인두의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 고온 산화 공정에서 상기 퍼니스의 소정 온도는 1100∼1200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 인두의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 고온 산화 공정에서 상기 소정 시간은 2∼4 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 납땜 인두의 제조 방법.
