Description
すなわち、請求項1に係る半田ごての発明は、先端が半田を溶融可能に構成され基端に雄端子が設けられたこて先と、前記雄端子と係着可能とされた雌端子が内蔵され前記雄端子と前記雌端子とが係着することによって前記こて先と一体とされるこて本体とを含む半田ごてであって、前記こて先は、断熱性を有すると共に前記こて先の基端近傍を被覆して一体となるグリップを有し、前記こて本体は、先端が前記グリップの基端と当接するベースプレートと、前記ベースプレートと一体とされ且つ前記こて先の先端に向かって前進若しくは前記こて本体の基端に向かって後退可能とされたスライダを有し、前記スライダを前記こて先の先端に向かって前進させた場合に、前記ベースプレートの先端が前記グリップの基端を押して、前記こて本体に対して前記こて先が移動されると共に前記雄端子と前記雌端子との係着が解除されることを特徴とする。
この半田ごて1は、その先端10aで半田を溶融し、その溶融された半田を所望箇所に付けたり、付けられていた半田を取り除いたりすることを目的として使用されるものである。この半田ごて1は、大まかに分けて、先端10aが溶融可能にされたこて先10と、そのこて先10の基端10b側に、こて先10と一体とされるように設けられるこて本体50とから構成されている。また、こて本体50の基端50bには、ゴムで形成されたコードアーマ80が取り付けられている。そして、このコードアーマ80には、電源と接続可能なコード81が設けられている。なお、以下、単に「先端」と称する場合は、その部材のこて先先端10a方向の端部を意味し、単に「基端」と称する場合は、その部材のこて本体基端50b方向の端部を意味する。
こて先10は、図2に示すように、大きく分けて、こて先本体11と、このこて先本体11に内蔵される加熱装置20(図3(b)参照)と、前記こて先本体11の基端11bの近傍を被覆するように設けられたグリップ部27とから構成されている。
こて本体50は、図5、図6、図7(a)及び、図7(a)における範囲Bを拡大した図7(b)に示すように、大まかに、略円筒状に形成されたアウタケース51と、前記アウタケース51に内蔵される接続装置60と、前記アウタケース51の外周に設けられるスライダ70とから構成されている。

Claims (4)
- 先端が半田を溶融可能に構成され基端に雄端子が設けられたこて先と、前記雄端子と係着可能とされた雌端子が内蔵され前記雄端子と前記雌端子とが係着することによって前記こて先と一体とされるこて本体とを含む半田ごてであって、
前記こて先は、断熱性を有すると共に前記こて先の基端近傍を被覆して一体となるグリップを有し、
前記こて本体は、先端が前記グリップの基端と当接するベースプレートと、前記ベースプレートと一体とされ且つ前記こて先の先端に向かって前進若しくは前記こて本体の基端に向かって後退可能とされたスライダを有し、
前記スライダを前記こて先の先端に向かって前進させた場合に、前記ベースプレートの先端が前記グリップの基端を押して、前記こて本体に対して前記こて先が移動されると共に前記雄端子と前記雌端子との係着が解除されることを特徴とする半田ごて。 - 前記グリップと前記こて先の基端近傍との間に断熱層を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半田ごて。
- 前記雄端子と前記雌端子とが係着している場合は前記グリップを収納し、且つ前記こて先が前記こて本体に対して移動した場合は前記こて本体から前記グリップが突出されるように、前記こて本体のアウタケースを設定したことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の半田ごて。
- 前記アウタケースの内周に向けて前記グリップを付勢する付勢手段を、前記アウタケースの内部に設けたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の半田ごて。
