Claims (3)
- 내주면에 복열의 외륜 궤도를 갖고, 사용시에도 회전하지 않는 외륜과, 외주면의 외측 단부쪽 부분에 차륜을 지지하기 위한 플랜지를 갖고, 동일하게 중간부에 상기 복열의 외륜 궤도중 외측의 외륜 궤도와 대향하는 제 1 내륜 궤도를 직접 또는 다른 부재를 거쳐서 설치한 허브 본체와, 외주면에 상기 복열의 외륜 궤도중 내측의 외륜 궤도와 대향하는 제 2 내륜 궤도를 갖고, 상기 허브 본체의 내측 단부에 외측으로 끼워맞춤 고정된 내륜과, 상기 각 외륜 궤도와 제 1, 제 2 내륜 궤도 사이에 복수개씩 회전 가능하게 설치된 회전체와, 서로 동심인 내경측 원통부와 외경측 원통부를 연결부에 의해 연결하여 이루어지고, 이 중 내경측 원통부를 상기 내륜의 외주면에서 상기 제 2 내륜 궤도로부터 내측으로 벗어난 부분에 외측으로 끼워맞춤으로써 이 내륜에 고정된 지지 링과, 이 지지 링을 구성하는 상기 외경측 원통부의 외주면에 전체 원주에 걸쳐서 지지된, 피검출부인 외주면의 특성을 원주방향에 대해서 교대로 변화시킨 인코더와, 상기 외륜의 내측 단부에 지지 고정된 금속 코어와, 이 금속 코어의 일부에 지지된 상태에서 그 검출부를 상기 인코더의 외주면에 직경방향으로 대향시킨 회전 검출 센서와, 상기 금속 코어에 의해 그 기단부에서 지지되고 그 선단 가장자리를 상기 지지 링의 일부 또는 상기 내륜의 일부에 전체 원주에 걸쳐서 미끄럼 접촉시킨 밀봉재를 구비한회전 속도 검출 장치를 갖는 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 내주면에 복열의 외륜 궤도를 갖고, 사용시에도 회전하지 않는 외륜과, 외주면의 외측 단부쪽 부분에 차륜을 지지하기 위한 플랜지를 갖고, 동일하게 중간부에 상기 복열의 외륜 궤도중 외측의 외륜 궤도와 대향하는 제 1 내륜 궤도를 직접 또는 다른 부재를 거쳐서 설치한 허브 본체와, 외주면에 상기 복열의 외륜 궤도중 내측의 외륜 궤도와 대향하는 제 2 내륜 궤도를 갖고, 상기 허브 본체의 내측 단부에 외측으로 끼워맞춤 고정된 내륜과, 상기 각 외륜 궤도와 제 1, 제 2 내륜 궤도 사이에 복수개씩 회전 가능하게 설치된 회전체와, 상기 내륜의 내측 단부 외주면에서 상기 제 2 내륜 궤도로부터 내측으로 벗어난 부분과 상기 외륜의 내측 단부 내주면 사이에 설치되고 이들 양쪽 외주면끼리의 사이의 환형 간극을 폐쇄하고, 한쌍의 밀봉 링 소자를 조합하여 이루어지는 조합 밀봉 링과, 이들 양쪽 밀봉 링 소자중에서 상기 내륜의 내측 단부에 고정된 내경측 밀봉 링 소자의 일부에 이 내륜과 동심으로 설치된, 피검출부의 특성을 원주방향에 대해서 교대로 변화시킨 인코더와, 상기 양쪽 밀봉 링 소자중에서 상기 외륜의 내측 단부에 고정된 외경측 밀봉 링 소자를 구성하는 금속 코어의 일부에 설치되고, 그 검출부를 상기 인코더의 피검출부에 대향시킨 회전 검출 센서를 구비하며, 이 회전 검출 센서는 상기 외경측 밀봉 링 소자보다도 상기 회전체를 설치한 공간쪽 부분에 배치되고, 상기 인코더의 피검출부의 특성 변화에 대응한 신호를 송출하는 IC 패키지와, 상기 외경측 밀봉 링 소자보다도 상기 회전체를 설치한 공간으로부터 먼 부분에 배치되고, 상기 IC 패키지로부터 송출되는 신호를 처리하는 콘덴서로 이루어지는 것인회전 속도 검출 장치를 갖는 구름 베어링 유닛.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,인코더가 영구 자석제이고, 착자 방향을 원주방향에 걸쳐 교대로 또한 등간격으로 변화시킴으로써, 피검출면에 S극과 N극을 교대로 또한 등간격으로 배치한 것이며, 회전 검출 센서가 자속의 방향에 따라 특성을 변화시키는 자기 검출 소자를 조립한 액티브형의 자기 센서인회전 속도 검출 장치를 갖는 구름 베어링 유닛.
