Claims (21)
- 대략 평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 대략 평평한 제2면을 갖는 금속판;상기 금속판의 제1면에 일정 두께로 형성된 방열층; 및,상기 금속판의 제2면에 일정 두께로 형성된 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판은 철(Fe), 탄소(C), 크롬(Cr) 및 망간(Mn)의 합금, 철(Fe), 탄소(C), 크롬(Cr) 및 니켈(Ni)의 합금, 또는 알루미늄(Al)중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 전기적으로 절연성인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 열도전성 폴리머, 열도전성 엘라스토머 또는 열도전성 실리콘 탄성체 중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 세라믹 파우더와 접착수지가 혼합되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파우더는 산화 알루미늄(Al2O3), 질화 알루미늄(AlN), 질화 붕소(BN), 산화 베릴륨(BeO) 또는 탄화 규소(SiC)중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 세라믹 파우더의 함유량이 5 내지 50체적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 두께가 5~10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지용 외장재는 전극 조립체가 수납될 수 있도록 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 갖는 제1영역과, 상기 제1영역의 일단에서 접히기 시작하여 상기 드로잉부를 덮는 제2영역을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전지용 외장재는 상기 제1영역 및 제2영역중 상기 드로잉부의 외주연에 대응하는 변성 폴리프로필렌이 상호 열융착되어 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 전지용 외장재.
- 다수의 양극 전극판과 음극 전극판이 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 구비되고, 상기 양극 전극판 및 음극 전극판으로부터 외측으로 일정 길이 연장되어 접속된 양극탭 및 음극탭이 구비된 전극 조립체; 및,상기 전극 조립체가 수납될 수 있도록 일정 깊이의 드로잉부를 갖는 제1영역이 구비되고, 상기 제1영역의 드로잉부를 덮을 수 있도록 제2영역이 구비된 방열층을 갖는 외장재를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 외장재는대략 평평한 제1면과 이것의 반대면인 대략 평평한 제2면을 갖는 금속판;상기 금속판의 제1면에 일정 두께로 형성된 방열층; 및,상기 금속판의 제2면에 일정 두께로 형성된 변성 폴리프로필렌(CPP)을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 금속판은 철(Fe), 탄소(C), 크롬(Cr) 및 망간(Mn)의 합금, 철(Fe), 탄소(C), 크롬(Cr) 및 니켈(Ni)의 합금, 또는 알루미늄(Al)중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 전기적으로 절연성인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 외장재의 방열층은 열도전성 폴리머, 열도전성 엘라스토머 또는 열도전성 실리콘 탄성체 중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 세라믹 파우더와 접착수지가 혼합되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 파우더는 산화 알루미늄(Al2O3), 질화 알루미늄(AlN), 질화 붕소(BN), 산화 베릴륨(BeO) 또는 탄화 규소(SiC)중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 세라믹 파우더의 함유량이 5 내지 50체적%인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 방열층은 두께가 5~10㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 양극탭 및 음극탭은 보호회로기판에 전기적으로 접속되어 있되, 상기 음극탭과 보호회로기판 사이에는 상기 전지 외장재의 표면에 안착되는 양성 온도 소자가 더 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 전지용 외장재는 상기 제1영역 및 제2영역중 상기 드로잉부의 외주연에 대응하는 변성 폴리프로필렌이 상호 열융착되어 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 폴리머 전지.
