Claims (10)
- a. 적어도 하나의 수소화된 폴리(공액 디엔) 블록(EB), 적어도 2개의 중합체 모노알케닐 아렌 블록(S) 및 적어도 하나의 중합체 공액 디엔 블록(I)을 보유하되, 상기 I 블록이 말단 블록으로서 S 블록에 부착되어 있는, 선택적 수소화된 블록 공중합체 80 내지 90중량%(wt%);b. 아크릴계 가교제 5 내지 15wt%;c. 연화 오일 0 내지 10wt%; 및d. 광개시제 0.5 내지 4wt%를 함유하는 광경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체가 (I-S-EB)pY 구조의 대칭 블록 공중합체 또는 (I-S-EB)qY(EB-S)r 구조의 비대칭 블록 공중합체이며, 여기서 Y는 커플링제의 잔기이고, p는 2 내지 4이며, 평균적으로 q는 적어도 1이고, (q+r)은 2 내지 4인 것이 특징인 광경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 블록 공중합체는 I-(S-EB)g-S-Ih, I-S-EB-S 또는 I-S-EB-S-I (여기서, g는 1 내지 20이고 h는 0 또는 1이다) 구조의 선형 공중합체인 것이 특징인 광경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, I는 분자량 10,000 내지 30,000 범위의 폴리이소프렌 블록이고, EB는 수소화 전에 비닐 함량이 35 내지 80mol% 범위이고 분자량이 15,000 내지 40,000 범위인 수소화된 폴리부타디엔 블록이며, S는 분자량이 5,000 내지 20,000 범위이고 p가 2인 폴리스티렌 블록인 것이 특징인 광경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아크릴계 가교제가 1,6-헥산디올 디아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올 디메타크릴레이트 또는 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트이고, 광개시제가 벤조페논, 벤조페논과 3차 아민의 혼합물, 2-메틸-1-[4-(메틸티오)페닐]-2-모르폴리노프로파논, 또는 2,2-디메톡시-1,2-디페닐에탄-1-온인 것이 특징인 광경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연화 오일이 나프텐계 광유 또는 파라핀계 광유인 것이 특징인 광경화성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 커플링제가 디할로알칸, 트리알콕시실란, 테트라알콕시실란, 글리시딜 디에폭사이드 또는 지방족 디에폭사이드인 것이 특징인 광경화성 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 커플링제가 테트라에톡시 실란이고 n이 2인 것이 특징인 광경화성 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 광경화성 조성물의 광경화 공정으로 제조한 플렉소그래피 인쇄판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 광경화 공정이 자외선을 자외선 투과성 백킹을 통해 인쇄판 표면 상의 광경화성 조성물에 조사하는 것을 포함하는 것이 특징인 플렉소그래피 인쇄판.
