Claims (20)
- 복수의 주사선으로 주사신호를 공급하기 위한 주사 구동부와,복수의 출력선으로 데이터 신호를 공급하기 위한 데이터 구동부와,상기 출력선 각각에 설치되어 상기 데이터 신호를 복수의 데이터선으로 공급하기 위한 복수의 디멀티플렉서와,복수의 화소 전원선의 일측에 제 1 전원을 공급하기 위한 제 1 전원선과,상기 주사선과 데이터선 및 화소 전원선에 접속되며 상기 주사신호에 따라 상기 데이터선에 공급되는 상기 데이터 신호에 대응되는 전류를 상기 화소 전원선으로부터 공급받아 발광하는 화소를 포함하는 화상 표시부와,상기 테이터선들 각각과 상기 제 1 전원선간의 중첩면적에 따라 서로 다른 용량을 가지도록 형성되어 데이터 신호에 대응되는 전압을 저장하고 상기 저장된 전압을 상기 화소에 공급하는 커패시터를 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들은 상기 제 1 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 서로 다른 길이로 형성되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들의 길이는 상기 제 1 전원선의 가장자리로부터 중심부로 갈 수록 짧아지는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들은 상기 제 1 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 S자 형태로 굴곡되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들은 상기 제 1 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 서로 다른 선폭으로 형성되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들의 선폭은 상기 제 1 전원선의 가장자리로부터 중심부로부터 갈수록 좁아지는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전원선의 타측에 상기 제 1 전원을 공급하기 위한 보조 전원선을 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소에 제 1 전원과 다른 제 2 전원을 공급하기 위한 제 2 전원선을 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소에 전기적으로 접속되고 상기 화소에 공급되는 상기 전류를 제어하기 위한 발광 제어신호가 공급되는 발광 제어선을 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주사 구동부는 1 수평기간 중 제 1 기간동안 상기 주사신호를 공급하고,상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 1 수평기간 중 제 1 기간을 제외한 제 2 기간동안 상기 각각의 출력선으로 복수의 데이터 신호를 공급하는 발광 표시장치.
- 복수의 데이터선과 복수의 주사선 및 복수의 화소 전원선에 정의되며 상기 데이터선에 공급되는 데이터 신호에 대응되는 전류를 상기 화소 전원선에 공급되는 전원으로부터 공급받아 발광하는 복수의 화소와,상기 복수의 화소 전원선에 상기 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원선과,상기 각 데이터선과 상기 전원선의 중첩면적에 따라 형성되어 상기 데이터선에 공급되는 상기 데이터 신호에 대응되는 전압을 저장하고 저장된 전압을 상기 각 화소에 공급하는 커패시터를 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들은 상기 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 서로 다른 길이로 형성되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들의 길이는 상기 전원선의 가장자리로부터 중심부로 갈수록 짧아지는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들은 상기 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 S자 형태로 굴곡되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들은 상기 전원선과 중첩되는 부분에서 서로 다른 선폭으로 형성되는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 데이터선들의 선폭은 상기 전원선의 가장자리로부터 중심부로부터 갈수록 좁아지는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전원선의 타측에 상기 전원을 공급하기 위한 보조 전원선을 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 화소에 전기적으로 접속되고 상기 화소에 공급되는 상기 전류를 제어하기 위한 발광 제어신호가 공급되는 발광 제어선을 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 각 주사선에 주사신호를 공급하기 위한 주사 구동부와,상기 데이터 신호를 복수의 출력선으로 출력하는 데이터 구동부와,상기 출력선 각각에 설치되어 상기 데이터 신호를 상기 각 데이터선에 공급하기 위한 복수의 디멀티플렉서를 더 구비하는 발광 표시장치.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 주사 구동부는 1 수평기간 중 제 1 기간동안 상기 주사신호를 공급하고,상기 데이터 구동부는 상기 1 수평기간 중 제 1 기간을 제외한 제 2 기간동안 상기 각각의 출력선으로 복수의 데이터 신호를 공급하는 발광 표시장치.
