Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 상류 벤트(upstream vent) 및 하류 벤트(downstream vent)를 포함하는 압출기에 과열된(superheated) 중합체-용매 혼합물을 도입하는 단계;상류 벤트 및 하류 벤트를 통하여 상기 과열된 중합체-용매 혼합물로부터 용매를 제거하는 단계; 및상기 과열된 중합체-용매 혼합물로부터 중합체 생성물을 단리시키는 단계를 포함하되,상기 중합체-용매 혼합물은 중합체 및 용매를 포함하고, 이때 상기 중합체-용매 혼합물내의 중합체의 양은 중합체와 용매의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 75중량% 이하이며, 상기 중합체는 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)인,용매로부터 중합체를 분리하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상류 벤트가 약 750 ㎜Hg 이상 또는 약 750 ㎜Hg 이하에서 동작하며,상기 하류 벤트가 약 750 ㎜Hg 이하에서 동작하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 과열된 중합체-용매 혼합물내에 존재하는 용매의 약 50 내지 약 99%가 상류 벤트를 통하여 제거되며;상기 과열된 중합체-용매 혼합물내에 존재하는 용매의 약 1 내지 약 50%가 하류 벤트를 통하여 제거되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압출기가 측부 공급기(side feeder)를 더 포함하며,상기 측부 공급기가 약 750 ㎜Hg 이상 또는 약 750 ㎜Hg 이하에서 동작하는 측부 공급기 벤트를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 가열된 중합체-용매 혼합물이 압출기 배럴(barrel)과 유체 연통되는 공급물 유입구(feed inlet)를 통하여 압출기로 도입되고,상기 공급물 유입구가 압력 조절 밸브이며,상기 상류 벤트가 상기 공급물 유입구로부터 상류에 위치되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 중합체 생성물이 실질적으로 용매가 없는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,중합체-용매 혼합물을 압출기로 도입하기 이전에 중합체-용매 혼합물을 용액 여과 시스템내에서 여과하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)가 다수의 하기 화학식 Ⅰ의 구조 단위를 포함하는 방법:화학식 I상기 식에서,Q1은 각각 독립적으로 할로겐, 1차 또는 2차 C1-C7 알킬, 페닐, 할로알킬, 아미노알킬, 하이드로카본옥시, 또는 할로하이드로카본옥시(여기서, 2개 이상의 탄소원자는 할로겐 및 산소원자를 분리한다)이며;Q2는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, 1차 또는 2차 저급 알킬, 페닐, 할로알킬, 하이드로카본옥시, 또는 할로하이드로카본옥시(여기서, 2개 이상의 탄소원자는 할로겐 및 산소원자를 분리한다)이다.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 중합체 생성물이 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)와 폴리(알케닐 방향족) 수지의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 40 내지 약 60중량%의 폴리(아릴렌 에테르) 및 약 60 내지 약 40중량%의 폴리(알케닐 방향족) 수지를 포함하는 방법.
