Claims (5)
- 환형 코어 및 이 환형 코어에 권선되는 코일을 포함하는 트로이덜 라인필터에 있어서,상기 코일은 상기 환형 코어의 전체가 아닌 일부 특정 영역에 1차로 권선되고, 나머지 영역에 2차로 권선된 설치구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트로이덜 라인필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,1차 코일이 환형 코어의 최하단에서 대략 중앙부까지 올려 감기고, 2차 코일이 환형 코어의 중앙부에서 최하단까지 내려 감기며, 3차 코일이 환형 코어의 최하단에서 최상단까지 올려 감기고, 4차 코일이 환형 코어의 최상단에서 중앙부까지 내려 감기며, 5차 코일이 환형 코어의 중앙부에서 최상단까지 올려 감긴 것을 특징으로 하는 트로이덜 라인필터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 환형 코어를 지지하는 베이스 플레이트를 구비하며, 상기 코일은 그 양단부가 상기 베이스 플레이트를 관통하여 하부로 돌출되도록 베이스 플레이트에 각각 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 트로이덜 라인필터.
- 환형 코어에 코일을 감아 구성하는 트로이덜 라인필터의 권선방법에 있어서,환형 코어의 전체가 아닌 일부 특정 영역을 정해 이 부분에 1차 권선을 수행한 후 남은 다른 영역에 2차 권선을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인필터의 권선방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,1차 코일을 환형 코어의 최하단에서 대략 중앙부까지 올려 감는 단계;2차 코일을 환형 코어의 중앙부에서 최하단까지 내려 감는 단계;3차 코일을 환형 코어의 최하단에서 최상단까지 올려 감는 단계;4차 코일을 환형 코어의 최상단에서 중앙부까지 내려 감는 단계; 및5차 코일을 환형 코어의 중앙부에서 최상단까지 올려 감는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트로이덜 라인필터의 권선방법.
