- 정극용의 리드 및 부극용의 리드가 접속된 전기 디바이스 요소와,적어도 금속층과 열 융착성 수지층이 적층된 외장 필름으로서, 상기 열 융착성 수지층을 내면으로 하여 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 그 두께 방향 양측에서 끼워서 포위하고 그 주위에서 열 융착됨에 의해, 상기 리드를 돌출시켜서 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 밀봉하는 외장 필름을 가지며,상기 외장 필름에는, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 수납하기 위한 컵부가 형성되고, 이로써, 상기 외장 필름의 열 융착에 의해 형성된 열 융착부가, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께 방향에 관해 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께 방향 양표면의 사이에 위치하고,상기 외장 필름의 변중 상기 리드가 돌출하지 않은 변의 적어도 하나에는, 상기 열 융착부와 상기 전기 디바이스 요소와의 사이에, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 사이에 두지 않고 직접 대향한 상기 외장 필름끼리가 열 융착되지 않고 밀착하고 있는 밀착부가 형성되어 있고,상기 밀착부가 형성된 변에 따른 방향에서의, 상기 열 융착부의 내연의 일단부터 타단까지의 거리를 L1, 상기 밀착부의 길이를 L2로 하였을 때, L2≥(1/2)L1인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밀착부는, 상기 밀착부가 형성된 변에서의 상기 열 융착부의 내연의 일단부터 타단까지 범위의 중앙을 포함하는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 밀착부는, 상기 밀착부가 형성된 변에서의 상기 열 융착부의 내연의 일단부터 타단까지의 범위 전체에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 밀착부의 폭은, 상기 밀착부가 형성된 변에서의 상기 열 융착부의 내연의 일단으로부터 타단까지의 범위 중앙에서 가장 커지도록, 연속적 또는 불연속으로 변화하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밀착부는, 상기 외장 필름의 상기 리드가 돌출하지 않은 모든 변에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 컵부는, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소의 두께 방향 양측에 각각 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 밀착부의 폭은 0.5㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스.

- 정극용의 리드 및 부극용의 리드가 각각 접속된 전기 디바이스 요소를, 그 두께 방향 양측에서, 적어도 금속층과 열 융착 수지층이 적층된 외장 필름으로 끼우는 공정과,상기 외장 필름으로부터 상기 리드를 돌출시킨 상태에서, 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 끼운 상기 외장 필름의 외주변을 열 융착함에 의해 상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 상기 외장 필름 내에 밀봉하는 공정으로서, 상기 외주변의 적어도 최후의 1 변의 열 융착을 감압 분위기중에서 행하는 공정과,상기 전기 디바이스 요소를 밀봉한 상기 외장 필름의 주위를 대기압 분위기중으로 되돌리는 공정을 가지며,상기 외장 필름을 열 융착하는 공정은, 상기 리드가 돌출하지 않은 변의 적어도 1변의 열 융착을, 상기 외장 필름의 가열 및 가압용의 열 융착 헤드를 상기 전기 디바이스 요소로부터 2㎜ 이상 떨어진 위치에서 상기 외장 필름을 가압함에 의해 행하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름 외장 전기 디바이스의 제조 방법.
