Claims (12)
- 성분 A)로서 하기 화학식(I)의 1-이미다졸릴메틸-치환된 2-나프톨 화합물 및 성분 B)로서 실온에서 액체인 페놀을, 성분 A) 대 성분 B)의 중량비 10:90 내지 80:20로 포함하는 조성물:(I)식중에서,R1, R2 및 R3은 서로 독립적으로 H; C1 - 17알킬; 경우에 따라 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C3 - 12시클로알킬; 경우에 따라 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C4 - 20시클로알킬-알킬; 경우에 따라 1-3개의 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C6 - 10아릴; 경우에 따라 1-3개의 C1-4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C7 - 15페닐알킬; C3 - 17알케닐; C3 - 12알키닐; 또는 방향족 또는 지방족 C3 - 12아실이고;R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 및 R9는 서로 독립적으로 H; C1 - 12알킬; 경우에 따라 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C3 - 12시클로알킬; 경우에 따라 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C4 - 20시클로알킬-알킬; 경우에 따라 1-3개의 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C6 - 10아릴; 경우에 따라 1-3개의 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C7 - 15페닐알킬; C3 - 17알케닐; C3 - 12알키닐; C1 - 12알콕시; 또는 OH임.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 A)로서, 라디칼 R1, R2 및 R3이 서로 독립으로 H; C1-12알킬; 페닐; 또는 경우에 따라 1-3개의 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C7 - 15페닐알킬인 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 성분 A)로서, R2 및 R3이 각각 H이고; 또 R1이 C1 - 12알킬; 페닐; 또는 경우에 따라 1-3개의 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 C7 - 15페닐알킬인 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 성분 A)로서, 라디칼 R2 내지 R9가 수소 원자이고, 라디칼 R1이 C1 - 4알킬, 또는 경우에 따라 1-3개의 C1 - 4알킬기에 의해 치환된 페닐인 화학식(I)의 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 B)로서, 1,4-n-펜틸-, -n-헥실-, -n-헵틸-, -n-옥틸-, -n-노닐- 및 -n-데실페놀, 특히 O,O'-디알릴-비스페놀 A를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성분 A) 대 성분 B)의 중량비가 20:80 내지 70:30, 바람직하게는 25:75 내지 50:50인 조성물.
- 에폭시 수지 조성물에서 촉진제로서 제1항에 따른 조성물의 용도.
- a) 에폭시드 함량이 0.1 내지 11 에폭시드 당량/kg인 에폭시 수지,b) 성분 a) 내지 d)의 전체 조성물을 기준하여 5 내지 40중량부의 제1항에 따른 조성물,c) 에폭시드 기당 경화제의 작용기가 0.5 내지 1.5개 존재하는 에폭시 수지에 대한 경화제, 및 경우에 따라d) 에폭시 수지 기술에서 통상적인 첨가제를 포함하는 경화성 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 경화제가 아민, 바람직하게는 디아민 및 폴리아민으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 경화제가 폴리옥시프로필렌디아민인 조성물.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 에폭시 수지가 글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 에스테르, 방향족 또는 헤테로시클릭 화합물의 N-글리시딜 및 N,O-글리시딜 유도체, 또는 시클로지방족 글리시딜 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 압축 성형 화합물, 소결 분말, 캡슐화 계, 캐스팅 수지로서, 함침법 또는 주사법을 이용하여 프리프레그 및 라미네이트 제조를 위한, 부품, 특히 대면적 부품을 제조하기 위한 제6항에 따른 경화성 조성물의 용도.
