Description
Claims (16)
- 모르타르(mortar) 혼합 펌프(10)로서, 보다 상세하게는 모터로 구동되는 이송 스크류(14)를 포함하되, 상기 이송 스크류(14)는 고무 혹은 플라스틱 재질의 라이닝(52)을 구비하고 적어도 대체로 이송 스크류(14)에 대해 동축 상에 배치되어 있으면서 하나 혹은 그 이상의 액체 분사 노즐들을 통해서 액체를 공급받을 수 있는 혼합 챔버(18) 내로 혼합할 재료를 공급하며, 이와 관련하여 상기 혼합 챔버(18) 내에는 상기 이송 스크류(14)와 함께 회전할 수 있게 되어 있는 혼합 부재(36)가 상기 혼합 챔버(18) 내로 이송된 재료를 액체와 혼합할 수 있도록 수용되어 있으며, 그리고 상기 혼합 챔버(18)에 있어 상기 이송 스크류(14)로부터 이격된 그 단부는 펌프(22)와 연결될 수 있도록 소정의 펌프 플랜지(20)에 의해 그 범위가 제한되어 있는, 모르타르 혼합 펌프(10)에 있어서,- 상기 이송 스크류(14)는 혼합할 재료를 충진하기 위한 상기 퍼넬(12) 내부에 배치되어 있고,- 상기 혼합 챔버(18)는 상기 퍼넬(12) 및 상기 펌프 플랜지(20)와 별도로 상기 퍼넬(12)과 연결된 구조 부재이고,- 상기 혼합 챔버(18)의 라이닝(52)은 상기 퍼넬(12), 그리고 상기 펌프 플랜지(20)의 표면과 직접적으로 접촉하여 있고,- 복수의 액체 분사 노즐(66)들이 노즐 캐리어(60) 내에 수용되어 있으며, 상기 노즐 캐리어는 상기 라이닝(52)의 리세스 내부에 상기 라이닝(52)의 내부 표면과 적어도 거의 동일한 평면에 배치되어 있으면서 접근가능한 고정 수단을 통해 상기 혼합 챔버(18)의 외부에 탈착 가능하게 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 플랜지(20)는 모르타르를 안내하는 모든 영역에서 상기 혼합 챔버(18)로 향해 있는 그 측면 상에 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 혹은 실리콘 재질의 덮개층(78)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 액체 분사 노즐(66)들은 서로 다른 분사 각도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체 분사 노즐(66)들은 상기 노즐 캐리어(60) 자체 내부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체 분사 노즐(66)들은 노즐 캐리어(60)에 의해 지지되는 별도의 인서트(64)의 형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 각각의 인서트(64)는 복수의 액체 분사 노즐(66)들을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 각각의 인서트(64)의 상기 액체 분사 노즐(66)들은 동일한 분사 각도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각의 인서트(64)는 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 혹은 실리콘으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공동의 공급 라인(74)이 노즐 캐리어(60)에 할당된 모든 액체 분사 노즐(66)들에 액체를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인(74)의 단부와 상기 노즐 캐리어(60) 사이에 배치되는 분배 부재(70)가 상기 공급 라인(74)으로부터 소수의 액체 분사 노즐(66)들에 액체를 공급하는 역할을 담당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 분배 부재(70)는 동시에 상기 공급 라인(74)과 상기 혼합 챔버(18)의 외측면 사이에서 밀봉 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 펌프 플랜지(20)의 덮개층(78)은 상기 펌프 플랜지(20)의 관통 개구부 내로 삽입 고정되는, 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 혹은 실리콘 재질의 성형품(80)에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이송 스크류(14)는 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 혹은 실리콘 재질의 덮개층(32)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이송 스크류(14)에 있어서 혼합 챔버로부터 이격되어 있는 단부에 인접한 모터 플랜지(28)는 퍼넬을 향해 있는 그 측면 상에 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 혹은 실리콘 재질의 라이닝(86)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 라이닝(86)에는 상기 이송 스크류(14)를 구동하는 샤프트에 대한 밀봉을 위한 실링 립(88)이 일체로 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
- 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 라이닝(52)은 폴리우레탄, 폴리에틸렌, 혹은 실리콘으로 이루어져 있거나, 혹은 전술한 재료들과 고무로 이루어져 층을 이루는 복합 재료로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모르타르 혼합 펌프.
