Claims (10)
- 풍력 발전 장치의 로터 허브에 로터 블레이드를 장착하는 방법으로서, 상기 로터 허브는 포드에 연결되고,a) 로터 허브를 소정의 제1 위치로 회전하는 단계,b) 로터 블레이드(21)를 끼워 맞춤하는 단계,c) 제1 로터 블레이드(21)에 의해 로터 허브를 소정의 제2 위치로 회전하는 단계, 및d) 제2 로터 블레이드(22)를 장착하는 단계를 구비하며,상기 로터 허브의 회전은 제1 로터 블레이드(21)의 중력 효과의 방향으로 작용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드 장착 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,a) 제2 로터 블레이드(22)를 끼워 맞춤하기 이전에 상기 포드를 180도로 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드 장착 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,a) 상기 로터 허브는 제2 로터 블레이드(22)에 의해 다른 소정 위치로 회전되고,b) 상기 포드가 다시 180도로 회전되며,c) 제3 로터 블레이드(23)가 끼워 맞춤되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드 장착 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 크레인은 로터 블레이드(21, 22)에 맞물리고 허브의 회전운동을 보조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드 장착 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 크레인은 상기 로터 블레이드(21, 22)의 관통구멍(30, 32)에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드 장착 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 관통구멍(30, 32)을 특징으로 하는 풍력 발전 장치용 로터 블레이드.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 로터 블레이드의 종방향 축선에 실질적으로 수직으로 연장하는 관통구멍(30, 32)을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 로터 블레이드(21, 22, 23)의 흡입측과 가압측 사이를 연장하는 관통구멍(30, 32)을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드.
- 제6항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 로터의 종방향 축선에 실질적으로 수직으로 연장하는 두 개의 상호 교차하는 관통구멍(30, 32)을 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 관통구멍(30, 32)을 폐쇄하는 해제가능한 커버부재를 특징으로 하는 로터 블레이드.
