Claims (10)
- ローターブレードを風力発電設備のローターハブに対して取り付けるための方法であって、前記ローターハブはポッドに対して接続されるものであり、
a)所定の第1のポジションへと前記ローターハブを回転させるステップと、
b)ローターブレード(21)を取り付けるステップと、
c)前記第1のローターブレード(21)を使用して前記ローターハブを所定の第2のポジションへと回転させるステップと、
d)第2のローターブレード(22)を取り付けるステップと、を具備してなり、
前記ローターハブは、前記第1のローターブレード(21)の重力作用の方向に回転させられることを特徴とする方法。 - a)前記ポッドは、前記第2のローターブレード(22)が取り付けられる前に180度回転させられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- a)前記ローターハブはさらなる所定のポジションへと前記第2のローターブレード(22)を使用して回転させられ、
b)前記ポッドは再び180度回転させられ、
c)第3のローターブレード(23)が取り付けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - クレーンは、ローターブレード(21,22)と連係すると共に前記ハブの回転動作を助けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記クレーンは前記ローターブレード(21,22)の貫通孔(30,32)と連係することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの貫通孔(30,32)によって特徴付けられる風力発電設備用のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレードの長手方向軸線に対して実質的に直交するよう延在する貫通孔(30,32)によって特徴付けられる請求項6に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターブレード(21,22,23)の負圧面と正圧面との間に延在する貫通孔(30,32)によって特徴付けられる請求項6または請求項7に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記ローターの長手方向軸線に対して実質的に直交するよう延在する、二つの相互に交差する貫通孔(30,32)によって特徴付けられる請求項6ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
- 前記貫通孔(30,32)を塞ぐための取外し可能なカバー部材によって特徴付けられる請求項6ないし請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のローターブレード。
