Claims (10)
- 다수의 강화 섬유의 집합물인 종대체(縱帶體;vertical strips)(11)와 횡대체(橫帶體;horizontal strips)(12)를 가로 세로로 짜서 구성된 클로스층(cloth layer;13)과, 상기 종대체(11)와 횡대체(12)끼리가 서로 접합한 상태인 채로 상기 클로스층(13)이 상온에서 변형 가능하게 되도록 당해 클로스층(13)에 함침시킨 이음 보강층(binding and reinforcing layer;14)으로 이루어지는 클로스 심재(cloth core;4)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 섬유시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투명하고 또한 연성(延性)이 풍부한 합성 수지제의 다연성 시트재(high-stretch sheet material;6)가 클로스 심재(4)의 이음 보강층(14)에 부착되어 있는 강화 섬유시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 다연성 시트재(6)는, 합성 수지제의 베이스 시트(15)와, 건조 후에 있어서 풍부한 유연성을 나타내는 잉크(30)를 상기 베이스 시트(15)에 함침시킴으로써 당해 베이스 시트(15)의 이면에 형성된 이음 보강층(16)으로 구성되어 있는 강화 섬유시트.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 강화 섬유시트(reinforcing fiber sheet;1)의 이면에 접착제층(7)이 형성되고, 이 접착제층(7)의 이면에 박리시트(8)가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드레스업 시트.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 강화 섬유시트(1)의 이면에 쿠션층(cushioning layer;9)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드레스업 시트.
- 다음의 공정 (a)∼(c)를 포함하는 강화 섬유시트의 제조방법.(a)다수의 강화 섬유의 집합물인 종대체(11)와 횡대체(12)를 가로 세로로 짜서 구성된 클로스층(13)의 상면에, 표준 메시수보다도 성긴 메시수의 스크린(18)을 세트하는 제 1 공정(b)건조 후에 있어서 풍부한 유연성을 나타내는 잉크(20)를 상기 스크린(18)상에 공급하여 스크린 인쇄를 행함으로써, 그 잉크(20)를 상기 클로스층(13)에 함침시키는 제 2 공정(c)그 잉크(20)가 함침된 클로스층(13)을 건조시켜서 클로스 심재(4)를 제작하는 제 3 공정
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 또한, 다음의 공정 (d)를 포함하는 강화 섬유시트의 제조방법.(d)투명하고 또한 연성이 풍부한 합성 수지제의 다연성 시트재(6)를 클로스 심재(4)의 이음 보강층(14)에 부착하는 제 4 공정
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 4 공정에 있어서의 다연성 시트재(6)는, 합성 수지제의 베이스 시트(15)의 이면에, 건조 후에 있어서 풍부한 유연성을 나타내는 잉크(30)를 그 표준 메시수보다도 성긴 스크린(28)을 사용한 스크린 인쇄에 의해 도포하여 건조시킴으로써 구성되어 있는 강화 섬유시트.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제 2 공정의 스크린 인쇄에 사용하는 스크린(18)은, 표준 메시수의 1/3이하이고 또한 1/4이상의 성긴 메시수로 설정되어 있는 강화 섬유시트의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클로스층(13)에 대한 잉크(20)의 도포 및 건조를 2회이상 반복하는 강화 섬유시트의 제조방법.
