Description
Claims (15)
- 수증기의 존재하, 알켄(들)을 함유하는 원료를 기상에서 산화물 촉매와 접촉시켜 반응시킴으로써, 1 종 이상의 상응하는 알켄으로부터 알코올 및/또는 케톤을 제조하는 방법으로,상기 산화물 촉매가 하기 요건을 만족하는 알코올 및/또는 케톤의 제조방법:(a) 몰리브덴 및/또는 주석의 산화물을 함유함, 및(b) 상기 반응 중에 있어서, 상기 산화물 촉매 상의 탄소질 물질의 축적량이 0.1∼10질량% 의 범위로 제어됨.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응에 의해서 수득한 반응 혼합물로부터 미반응의 알켄, 알코올 및/또는 케톤을 회수하고, 미반응의 알켄은 원료의 일부로서 재생되는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 유동상 반응 방식으로 실시할 때에, 반응에 제공된 산화물 촉매를 반응기로부터 추출하고, 산소 함유 가스의 존재하에 그 산화물 촉매를 재생 처리하여, 그 재생 처리가 완료된 산화물 촉매를 다시 반응기로 되돌리는 촉매 순환 방식을 사용하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 반응기로 되돌아가는 산화물 촉매 상의 탄소질 물질의 축적량을 0.1∼10질량% 의 범위로 제어하는 방법.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 산소 함유 가스 존재하에서의 산화물 촉매의 재생 처리 온도가 270∼550℃ 인 방법.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기로 되돌아가는 산화물 촉매량/반응기에 공급하는 알켄량 (질량비) 이, 0.5∼100 의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 촉매 상의 탄소질 물질의 축적량을 0.3∼5질량% 의 범위로 제어하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 촉매 중의 몰리브덴과 주석의 총합에 대한 몰리브덴의 원자비 (X) {Mo/(Sn+Mo); 여기서, Mo 는 그 산화물 촉매 중의 몰리브덴의 원자수이고, Sn 은 그 산화물 촉매 중의 주석의 원자수이다} 가, 0.29 및 0.51 이외의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 촉매 중의 몰리브덴과 주석의 총합에 대한 몰리브덴의 원자비 (X) {Mo/(Sn+Mo); 여기서, Mo 는 그 산화물 촉매 중의 몰리브덴의 원자수이고, Sn 은 그 산화물 촉매 중의 주석의 원자수이다} 가, 0≤X<0.50 (0.29 를 제외한다) 의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화물 촉매 중의 몰리브덴과 주석의 총합에 대한 몰리브덴의 원자비 (X) {Mo/(Sn+Mo); 여기서, Mo 는 그 산화물 촉매 중의 몰리브덴의 원자수이고, Sn 은 그 산화물 촉매 중의 주석의 원자수이다} 가, 0.01≤X≤0.24 의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기에 공급하는 산소 가스량/반응기에 공급하는 알켄량의 몰비가, 0.0∼0.5 의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기에 공급하는 수증기량/반응기에 공급하는 알켄량의 몰비가, 0.05∼10.0 의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응 후의 회수된 물의 전부 또는 일부를 다시 그 반응에 사용하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알켄이 1-부텐 및/또는 2-부텐인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 알켄으로서 1-부텐 및/또는 2-부텐을 함유하는 원료가, 이소부텐, 부타디엔, tert-부틸알코올, 메틸-tert-부틸에테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 함유하는 방법.
