Claims (11)
- 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법으로서,상기 크로스핀 튜브는 관내면에 다수의 제 1 홈이 형성된 내면 홈구비 전열관과 방열핀을 포함하고,상기 전열관을 상기 방열핀의 설치구멍 내에 삽입한 상태에서, 상기 전열관을 그 전열관 내에 삽입된 확관 플러그에 의해 기계확관시킴으로써, 상기 전열관과 상기 방열핀을 일체적으로 고정시키는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 확관 플러그의 외주면에, 원주 당 60 ∼ 160 개의 컷아웃형성 돌기가 상기 제 1 홈과 교차하는 방향으로 형성되어 있고, 상기 확관 플러그가 상기 전열관에 삽입될 때, 상기 전열관과 상기 방열핀이 서로 밀착접촉하게 되며,상기 컷아웃형성 돌기는 인접한 두 제 1 홈 사이에 위치하는 리지를 구획들로 분할하여 노치를 형성하고, 상기 제 1 홈에 대한 크로스 홈이 되는 제 2 홈이 인접한 두 제 1 홈 사이의 상기 리지의 높이의 10 ∼ 40 % 의 깊이를 갖도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 홈은 상기 전열관의 관축에 대해 소정의 리드각을 가지면서 연장되도록 형성된 나선형 홈이고, 상기 제 2 홈은 상기 관축방향으로 연장되도록 형성된 거의 직선형 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 홈의 개수가 원주 당 30 ∼ 80 개의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전열관을 관축방향에 수직한 면을 따라 자른 상기 제 1 홈의 단면형상이, 사다리꼴 형상 또는 U자 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전열관의 관축에 대한 상기 제 1 홈의 리드각은, 10 ∼ 50°의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전열관의 외경이 4 ∼ 10 ㎜이고, 상기 제 1 홈의 깊이가 0.10 ∼ 0.30 ㎜이며, 상기 제 1 홈이 형성되어 있으며 그 제 1 홈의 저부를 규정하는 부분에서의 두께가 0.20 ∼ 0.30 ㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 두 제 1 홈 사이의 리지의 꼭지각이 15 ∼ 50 °의 범위 내인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전열관의 재질이 구리 또는 구리합금인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방열핀의 재질이 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 홈은, V자형 홈, U자형 홈 또는 사다리꼴형 홈의 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 열교환기용 크로스핀 튜브의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 제조된 크로스핀 튜브를 구비한 크로스핀형 열교환기.
