本实用新型涉及一种用于热交换器的制冷管。
目前,电冰箱、空调器用于热交换器的制冷管的内管壁均为光滑的圆管或其它形管。这种内壁光滑的制冷管只能使制冷剂沿制冷管的轴向方向流动,影响制冷管的均匀散热,所以制冷管的散热效率低。
本实用新型的目的是为了改变制冷剂在制冷管内的流动状态,使制冷管散热均匀,提高制冷管的散热效率而设计一种用于热交换器的制冷管。
一种用于热交换器的制冷管,其特征在于制冷管的内管壁呈螺旋形槽。
由于制冷管的内壁呈螺旋形槽,改变了制冷剂在制冷管内的流动状态,使制冷剂在制冷管内成螺旋形流动。因而制冷管散热均匀,提高了散热效率,可减小散热器的体积和重量,节约了材料。
附图为一种用于热交换器的制冷管示图。
一种用于热交换器的制冷管,其内管壁呈螺旋形槽。这种管是通过下述方法生产的。将校直的毛坯管穿在表面带有斜槽芯头的芯杆上,通过拉拔模具和芯头进行拉拔,最后切掉管头,按用户要求定尺。附图中1为制冷管管体,2为制冷管内壁螺旋形槽。
