Abstract

一种复合式换热管,它包括钢管体,其特征是在钢管体内壁设有直道式凸肋,钢管体外壁复合有带翅片的纯铝管。其特点是内表面积增大,再加之带翅片的纯铝管,使换热效率大大提高,有利于降低设备的能耗,延长设备的使用寿命,可广泛应用于石化设备、锅炉、变压器、粮食加工等行业中。

复合式换热管
本实用新型涉及一种在石化设备、锅炉、变压器等行业用于热交换所需的换热管。
目前在石化设备、锅炉、变压器等行业用于热交换所需的换热管大都采用内壁光滑的无缝钢管,其缺点是管内壁表面积小,故其换热效率低。由此造成设备能源浪费较大,使用寿命降低。在变压器冷却系统中作为散热管使用,表现为散热效果差、散热效率低。
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种换热效率高的复合换热管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包括钢管体,其特征是在钢管体内壁设有直道式凸肋,钢管体外壁复合有带翅片的纯铝管。
本实用新型通过钢管体内所设置的凸肋和钢管体外复合的带翅片的纯铝管,大大增加了散热面积,换热效率明显提高。
下面结合附图时本实用新型作以说明。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
图2是图1的侧视图。
由附图可知,本实用新型是在钢管体1内设有直道式凸肋2,该凸肋与钢管体呈一体,采用冷拔法加工制作,带有翅片4的铝管3复合在钢管体1外壁上,使其与钢管体复合为一体。直道式凸肋2的肋数为18根,凸肋与两凸肋2之间形成的凹槽呈圆滑过渡,即凸肋与凹槽均呈圆弧状。钢管体采用20#优质炭素钢,复合在钢管体外壁上的纯铝管所带的翅片采用精轧而成,翅片的厚度为0.4mm,高为12-14mm。
