背景技术
现有技术中所采用的液体与气体的交换器,大多采用圆管、光管和翅片穿管后将管涨大与翅片结合的方法。采用圆管、光管时,由于圆管内液体的热交换系数与管处气体的换热系数相差很大,管外侧的热交换能力小,光管的工作效率很低,造成材料的大量浪费。翅片穿管后涨大的方法,热交换面积内外之比相当理想,但是由于制作工艺复杂,设备要求精确,生产的成品造价高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的,在于克服上述不足,提供一种能使热交换更为合理,节省材料,降低造价的翅片管。
本实用新型的技术方案如下。
一种翅片管,包括翅片、圆管和内肋,翅片的中间设有圆管,翅片与圆管铸造为一体,在圆管的内侧铸造出肋片,肋片与圆管为一体,肋片均匀整齐地排列在圆管的内壁上。肋片的数目可以和高度可根据实际需要增加或减少。在圆管外侧的中心线上,用同一种材质铸造成一体的两个翅片。翅片的长度和厚度可根据实际需要而定。
本实用新型的有益效果是:提高热交换器材料的利用率,降低材料消耗,简化了加工工艺,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,构成翅片管的翅片1和圆管2的连接方式是采用铸造的方法使其结合为一体。即:在圆管2的两侧铸造两个翅片,翅片的长度由管内的周长和内外传热系数的比例来确定。这样,管内壁与液体进行热交换所得到的热量,同外部与气体进行热交换所得到的热量相接近。提高了材料的利用率,同时简化了加工工艺。为确保热效果理想,管内的肋可以增加内侧的饿传热效果,肋的高度和数量可以根据实际需要来确定。

1、一种翅片管,包括翅片、圆管和内肋,其特征在于:翅片的中间设有圆管,翅片与圆管铸造为一体,在圆管的内侧铸造出肋片,肋片与圆管为一体,肋片均匀整齐地排列在圆管的内壁上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的翅片管,其特征在于:是在圆管外侧的中心线上,由同一种材质铸造成一体的两个翅片。
