技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种风冷换热器,特别是一种新型的高效换热器。
背景技术
目前在制冷设备中及散热设备中常常要用到换热器,现有的换热器一般采用风冷式,通常为散热翅片阵列及其圆盘管,由于为了在单位体积中尽可能地多散热,一般的散热翅片阵列十分密集,加上分布其中的圆盘管,当散热的空气流过换热器时,散热翅片阵列中的圆盘管产生的风阻将降低换热器的换热效率,为了改善风冷式换热器的散热效率,出现了利用扁管的高效换热器,它极大地降低了空气流过换热器时的风阻,大幅度地提高了散热效率,但是其生产过程中的工艺复杂,扁管自身的加工成本较高,并且风冷换热器的生产中扁管之间的连接头需要将扁管的接口进行扩孔,将其加工成圆口,再利用圆管U形管予以连接,造成生产效率底,加工难度大,因此亟待解决低风阻高效换热器的生产中所存在的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中低风阻高效换热器的生产中所存在的上述的问题,提供一种既能降低风阻,又可以降低生产成本的高效风冷式换热器。本实用新型设计一种一种新型的高效换热器,包括支架、散热翅片,其特征在于:在散热翅片上依此相间地开设有扁平孔和圆孔,在扁平孔和圆孔的边缘有翻边,在扁平孔内的有与扁平孔相紧配的扁平管,在圆孔内的有与圆孔相紧配的圆管。扁平孔是两顶端一大一小的扁平异型孔。扁平管是两顶端一大一小的扁平异型管。翻边垂直于散热翅片。本实用新型的优点是加强了换热器的空气流通效率,又大幅度提高了换热器的生产效率。

具体实施方式
图中包括支架1、散热翅片2,其特征在于:在散热翅片2上依此相间地开设有扁平孔3和圆孔4,在扁平孔3和圆孔4的边缘有翻边5,在扁平孔3内的有与扁平孔3相紧配的扁平管6,在圆孔4内的有与圆孔4相紧配的圆管7。扁平孔3是两顶端一大一小的扁平异型孔。扁平管6是两顶端一大一小的扁平异型管。翻边5垂直于散热翅片2,扁平管6及圆管7之间由U形圆接管8焊接,此时将扁平管6的端口扩成一个圆口。由于在散热翅片2开有的扁平孔3及圆孔4在边缘有翻边5,因此散热翅片2可以增大与扁平管6及圆管7的接触面,可以有效地将扁平管6及圆管7内高温介质的热量传递至散热翅片2上,散热翅片2的散热效率,而以扁平管6与圆管7间隔放置可以降低空气流过换热器的风阻,大大提高换热器的换热效率,同时由于少用了一半的扁平管6,较少了一半的扁平管6用于扩孔的加工工序,提高了生产效率,兼顾了生产效率及生产成本与散热效率的提高。

1、一种新型的高效换热器,包括支架、散热翅片,其特征在于:在散热翅片上依此相间地开设有扁平孔和圆孔,在扁平孔和圆孔的边缘有翻边,在扁平孔内的有与扁平孔相紧配的扁平管,在圆孔内的有与圆孔相紧配的圆管。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种具有新型换热翅片的高效换热器,其特征在于:扁平孔是两顶端一大一小的扁平异型孔。
3、按权利要求1或2所述的一种具有新型换热翅片的高效换热器,其特征在于:扁平管是两顶端一大一小的扁平异型管。
4、按权利要求1所述的一种具有新型换热翅片的高效换热器,其特征在于:翻边垂直于散热翅片。
