Claims (6)
- 열경화성 수지 분말과, 점착성을 구비한 결합제와, 상기 결합제를 통하여 상기 열경화성 수지 분말의 표면에 결합하는 플레이크 형상 안료를 구비하는 분체 도료 입자를 함유하고, 상기 분체 도료 입자의 평균 입자경은 D50 환산으로 100㎛ 이하이고, 상기 열경화성 수지 분말과 상기 플레이크 형상 안료와의 결합률은 90%∼100% 의 범위인, 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플레이크 형상 안료는, 알루미늄 플레이크 입자와, 상기 알루미늄 플레이크 입자의 표면을 피복하는 수지 조성물 피막을 구비하는 알루미늄 플레이크 안료인, 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물 피막은, 분자내에 적어도 하나의 중합성 2중 결합을 갖는 올리고머 및/또는 모노머를 적어도 2종 이상 함유하는 원료 조성물을 중합하여 얻어지는, 3차원 가교형 중합체 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물 피막인, 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 플레이크 안료는, 상기 알루미늄 플레이크 입자 100g 에 대하여, 상기 수지 조성물 피막을 2g∼50g 의 범위에서 함유하는, 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착성을 구비한 결합제는, 테르펜계 수지, 테르펜ㆍ페놀계 수지, 테르펜계 수소첨가계 수지, 테르펜ㆍ페놀계 수소첨가계 수지로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 분체 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착성을 구비한 결합제는, 상기 열경화성 수지 분말을 용해하지 않는 용매에 용해하여, 수평균 분자량이 300∼2000 의 범위에 있고, 또한 연화점이 30∼180℃ 의 범위에 있는 올리고머이며, 상기 열경화성 수지 분말을 용해하지 않는 용매의 비점은 대기압하에서 28∼130℃ 의 범위에 있는, 분체 도료 조성물.
