Claims (9)
- 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기에서 고정층 촉매 부분 산화반응에 의하여 프로필렌, 프로판, (메타)아크롤레인, 이소부틸렌, t-부틸 알코올, 메틸-t-부틸 에테르, O-자일렌로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 화합물로부터 불포화 알데히드 또는 불포화 지방산을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 불포화 알데히드를 주로 생산하는 반응영역 중 과열점(hot spot)이 형성되는 반응관 내부의 위치에 불활성 물질층이 삽입된 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 하기 화학식 1의 금속 산화물 촉매인 것이 특징인 제조방법:[화학식 1]Moa Ab Bc Cd De Ef Fg O h상기 식에서,Mo는 몰리브덴이고,A는 Bi, 및 Cr로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며B는 Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Te 로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며C는 Co, Rh, 및 Ni로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,D는 W, Si, Al, Zr, Ti, Cr, Ag 및 Sn으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고,E는 P, Te, As, B, Sb, Nb, Mn, Zn, Ce, 및 Pb로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이며,F는 Na, K, Li, Rb, Cs, Ta, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ba 및 MgO로 구성된 군 중에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소이고,a, b, c, d, e, f 및 g는 각 원소의 원자 비율을 나타낸 것이며,단, a=12일 때, b는 0.01~10이고, c는 0.01~10이며, d는 0.0~10이고, e는 0.0~10이며, f는 0~20이고, g는 0~10이며, h는 상기의 각 성분의 산화 상태에 따라 정해지는 수치임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불활성 물질층은 불활성 물질 단독 또는 불활성 물질과 촉매의 혼합물로 구성된 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 불활성 물질층에서 불활성 물질의 촉매 물질에 대한 부피비는 20% 내지 100%인 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 물질층의 충진 높이는 0.1~1000㎜인 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 물질은 구형, 실린더형, 또는 링형태이며, 직경이 2~10㎜인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과열점 부위의 온도는 과열점 온도 ≤ (반응온도 + 55℃) 로 조절되는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 물질층 중 불활성 물질은 촉매와 크기, 형태 또는 둘다가 동일한 것이 특징인 제조방법.
- 고정층 촉매 부분 산화반응에 의하여 프로필렌, 프로판, (메타)아크롤레인, 이소부틸렌, t-부틸 알코올, 메틸-t-부틸 에테르, O-자일렌로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 화합물로부터 불포화 알데히드 또는 불포화 지방산을 제조하는 공정에 사용가능한 쉘-앤드-튜브 반응기에 있어서, 상기 반응기는 불포화 알데히드를 주로 생산하는 반응영역 중 과열점(hot spot)이 형성되는 반응관 내부의 위치에 불활성 물질층이 삽입되어 있는 것이 특징인 반응기.
