Claims (8)
- 롤러(7)를 통해 가이드 레일(2) 상에서 구름 지지될 수 있는 가이드 캐리지(1)를 구비한 선형 롤러 베어링으로서,상기 롤러(7)용의 적어도 하나의 무한 롤러 채널(8)이 제공되고, 상기 롤러 채널(8)은 지지하는 롤러(7)용의 지지 채널(9), 리턴하는 롤러(7)용의 리턴 채널(10), 그리고 상기 지지 채널(9) 및 리턴 채널(10)을 서로 연결시키는 2개의 방향 전환 채널(11)을 포함하며, 상기 가이드 캐리지(1)는 상기 리턴 채널(10) 및 지지 채널(9)을 포함하는 지지체(3) 그리고 상기 지지체(3)의 양 정면에 배치되어 상기 방향 전환 채널(11)을 포함하는 최종 부재(4)를 포함하며, 상기 리턴 채널(7)은 리턴 파이프(11)를 포함하고, 상기 리턴 파이프의 롤러 단부는 최종 부재(10)와 연결되며, 상기 롤러 채널은 롤러용의 트랙 및 상기 롤러 채널을 옆에서 제한하기 위한 측면을 포함하는 선형 롤러 베어링에 있어서,상기 리턴 파이프(11)가 설형부(33)를 구비하고, 상기 설형부는 최종 부재(4)에 결합되며, 상기 설형부의 서로를 향한 측면(34)은 상기 방향 전환 채널(11)의 옆을 제한하기 위한 측면(22)을 형성하며, 각각의 설형부(33)와 상기 최종 부재(4) 사이에는 적어도 실제로 상기 리턴 파이프(11)에 대해 평행하게 주형 시임(37)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최종 부재(4)가 롤러(7)용의 오목하게 구부러진 외부 트랙(15)을 구비하며, 상기 설형부(33)가 오목하게 구부러진 상기 외부 트랙(15)이 배치된 평면을 관통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최종 부재(4)가 설형부(33)를 위한 수용부(36)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 최종 부재(4)가 측부(31)를 구비하고, 상기 측부의 서로를 향한 최종 부재면(32)은 서로를 향한 설형부의 면(34)과 공통으로 상기 방향 전환 채널(11)의 측면(22)을 형성하며, 상기 측부(31) 사이에는 상기 방향 전환 채널(11)의 오목하게 구부러진 외부 트랙(15)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 주형 시임(37)이 상기 설형부(33) 및 상기 측부(31)에 의해서 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 최종 부재(4)가 지지체(8)에 지지된 헤드(29) 및 상기 헤드(29) 내에 배치된 방향 전환 쉘(30)을 포함하며, 상기 방향 전환 쉘(30)이 오목하게 구부러진 외부 트랙(15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 방향 전환 쉘(30)이 측부(31)를 구비하며, 상기 측부(31)는 설형부(33)를 형성하는 개구(35)용 수용부(36)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,위치 설정 장치(38)에 의해서, 상기 설형부(33)의 서로를 향한 측면(34)이 서로를 향한 최종 부재면(32)과의 공통 평면에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 롤러 베어링.
