Claims (17)
- 재생 또는 기록할 수 있는 단층정보기록매체와 호환가능한 다층정보기록매체에 있어서,단층정보기록매체는 광입사 측면에서 굴절율 n 과 두께 t 를 갖는 커버층을 갖고, 상기 다층정보기록매체는 다층정보기록매체의 광입사 측면으로부터 순차적으로 층을 이루는 제1 기록층과 제2 기록층을 포함하며,상기 제2 기록층은 방정식 d1 = n × t 를 만족하는 광입사측면으로부터 광학거리 "d1" 에 구비되고, 상기 제1 기록층은 부등식 d2 < n × t 를 만족하는 광입사측면으로부터 광학거리 "d2"에 구비되고,물리적 어드레스 정보는 순차적으로 제2 기록층으로부터 제1 기록층에까지 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,물리적 어드레스정보는 제2 기록층의 내주에서 외주까지 순차적으로 레코딩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제2항에 있어서,물리적 어드레스정보는 제1 기록층의 내주에서 외주까지 순차적으로 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서,다층정보기록매체와 단층정보기록매체의 호환성은 디스크지름, 전체적인 디스크두께 및 트랙피치에서 공통적인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서,다층정보기록매체와 단층정보기록매체의 호환성은 디스크 최소피치길이, 보잉(BOWING)각도, 복굴절 및 포맷에서 공통적인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 재생 또는 기록할 수 있는 단층정보기록매체와 호환가능한 다층정보기록매체에 있어서,단층정보기록매체는 광입사 측면에서 굴절율 n 과 두께 t 를 갖는 커버층을 갖고, 상기 다층정보기록매체는 다층정보기록매체의 광입사 측면으로부터 순차적으로 층을 이루는 커버층, 제1 기록층, 스페이서층 및 제2 기록층을 포함하며,상기 커버층은 굴절율 "nC" 및 두께 "tC" 를 갖고 제1 기록층은 "nL1" 및 두께 "tL1" 을 갖고 상기 스페이서층은 굴절율 "nS" 및 두께 "tS"를 갖고,제2 기록층은 방정식 d1 = n × t = nC × tC + nL1 × tL1 + nS × tS 를 만족하는 광입사측면으로부터 광학거리 "d1" 에 구비되고제1 기록층은 방정식 d2 = nC × tC < n × t 를 만족하는 광입사측면으로부터의 광학거리 "d2" 에 구비되며물리적 어드레스 정보는 순차적으로 상기 제2 기록층에서 제1 기록층까지 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서,물리적 어드레스 정보는 상기 제2 기록층의 내주에서 외주까지 순차적으로 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제7항에 있어서,물리적 어드레스 정보는 상기 제1 기록층의 외주에서 내주까지 순차적으로 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서,다층정보기록매체와 단층정보기록매체의 호환성은 디스크지름, 전체적인 디스크두께 및 트랙피치에서 공통적인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제6항에 있어서,다층정보기록매체와 단층정보기록매체의 호환성은 디스크 최소피치길이, 보잉(BOWING)각도, 복굴절 및 포맷에서 공통적인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 재생하거나 기록할 수 있는 단층정보기록매체와 호환가능한 다층정보기록매체에 있어서,단층정보기록매체는 광입사 측면에서 굴절율 n 과 두께 t 를 갖는 커버층을 갖고, 상기 다층정보기록매체는 다층정보기록매체의 광입사 측면에 의해 층을 이루는 최심기록층과 상기 최심기록층보다 더 얕은 하나 또는 그 이상의 얕은기록층을 포함하고,상기 최심기록층은 방정식 d1 = n × t 를 만족하는 광입사측면으로부터의 광학거리 "d1" 에 구비되고,상기 얕은기록층은 부등식 d2 < n × t 를 만족하는 광입사측면으로부터의 광학거리 "d2" 에 구비되고물리적 어드레스 정보는 순차적으로 상기 최심기록층으로부터 얕은기록층에 까지 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 다층정보기록매체는 상기 최심기록층과 상기 얕은기록층의 두개의 층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서,물리적 어드레스정보는 최심기록층의 내주로부터 외주까지 순차적으로 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제13항에 있어서,물리적 어드레스정보는 최심기록층의 다음 얕은 기록층의 외주로부터 내주까지 순차적으로 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제11항에 있어서,다층정보기록매체와 단층정보기록매체의 호환성은 디스크지름, 전체적인 디스크두께 및 트랙피치에서 공통적인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서,다층정보기록매체와 단층정보기록매체의 호환성은 디스크 최소피치길이, 보잉(BOWING)각도, 복굴절 및 포맷에서 공통적인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층정보기록매체.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다층정보기록매체로부터 정보를 재생하기 위한 정보재생장치.
