Abstract

본 고안은 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼가 구비된 무인비행체에 관한 것이다.
본 고안에 따른 무인비행체는 본체(1)의 하측에 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼(10)가 구비됨으로, 무인비행체를 대상물의 상측에 떠있도록 한 상태에서 상기 그립퍼(10)를 이용하여 대상물을 집어 고정하고, 원하는 곳으로 운반할 수 있다.
따라서, 작업자가 대상물을 수납해줘야 하는 종래의 무인비행체와 달리, 사용이 매우 편할 뿐 아니라, 작업자가 갈 수 없는 위험한 곳의 대상물도 손쉽게 운반할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Description

무인비행체{unmanned air vehicle}
본 고안은 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼가 구비된 무인비행체에 관한 것이다.
최근 들어, 드론이라고 불리는 다양한 종류의 무인비행체가 개발되어 다양한 용도로 사용되고 있다.
도 1 및 2는 이러한 무인비행체의 일반적인 형태를 예시한 것으로, 본체(1)와, 상기 본체(1)의 둘레부에 구비된 복수개의 아암(2)과, 상기 아암(2)에 구비되며 구동모터(4)에 의해 구동되는 프로펠러(3)가 구비되어, 도시 안된 리모컨을 이용하여 원격조정할 수 있도록 된 것으로, 헬기와 같이 전후 좌우 및 상하방향으로 자유롭게 비행할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 제자리에 떠있는 호버링이 가능한 특징이 있다.
이때, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 착륙을 위한 착륙장치(5)가 구비된다.
상기 착륙장치(5)는 하측으로 연장된 받침대형태로 구성되어, 무인비행체의 착륙시 지면에 닿아서 상기 본체(1)가 지면으로부터 상측으로 이격되도록 함으로써, 본체(1)를 보호하는 기능을 한다.
한편, 이러한 무인비행체는 취미로 날리거나, 상기 본체(1)에 카메라를 구비하여 항공촬영 등을 하는 용도로만 사용됨으로, 사용처가 매우 한정적인 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 새로운 방법이 필요하게 되었다.
한편, 최근에는 이러한 무인비행체를 이용하여, 다양한 대상물을 배달하고자 하는 경우가 늘어가고 있다.
이를 위해, 상기 무인비행체의 하측에 대상물을 수납하는 수납장치를 구비하여, 대상물을 배달할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
그러나, 이러한 무인비행체를 이용하여 대상물을 운반하기 위해서는 작업자가 상기 수납장치에 대상물을 수납하여야 함으로, 매우 번거로울 뿐 아니라, 다양한 종류의 대상물을 운반하기 어려운 문제점이 있었다.

본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 작업자의 도움 없이 다양한 대상물을 집어 운반할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 무인비행체를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은, 본체(1)와, 상기 본체(1)의 둘레부에 구비된 복수개의 아암(2)과, 상기 아암(2)에 구비되며 구동모터(4)에 의해 구동되는 프로펠러(3)와, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼(10)를 포함하는 무인비행체에 있어서, 상기 그립퍼(10)는 상기 본체(1)의 하측면에서 하측으로 연장된 지지바(11)와, 상기 지지바(11)의 하단에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 헤드(12)를 포함하며, 상기 헤드(12)는 지지대(12a)와, 상기 지지대(12a)에 상호 인접방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 그립핑부재(12b)와, 상기 지지대(12a)에 회전가능하게 결합되어 구동모터(12d)에 의해 정역회전 되는 회전부재(12c)와, 상기 회전부재(12c)와 그립핑부재(12b)를 연결하는 커넥팅로드(12e)를 포함하여, 상기 회전부재(12c)를 정역회전시키면 상기 그립핑부재(12b)가 대상물의 둘레면을 가압하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무인비행체가 제공된다.

본 고안의 또 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 착륙을 위한 착륙장치(5)가 구비되며, 상기 그립퍼(10)는 상기 본체(1)의 하측면에서 하측으로 연장된 지지바(11)와, 상기 지지바(11)의 하단에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 헤드(12)를 포함하되, 상기 지지바(11)는 상기 헤드(12)가 상기 착륙장치(5)의 하측에 위치되도록 구성되고, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 상기 지지바(11)의 상단이 회동가능하게 결합되는 회동브라켓(1a)이 구비되며, 상기 지지바(11)에 연결되어 그립퍼(10)를 회동승강시키는 승강구동수단(20)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무인비행체가 제공된다.
본 고안의 또 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 본체(1)에 구비된 수평감지수단(30)과, 상기 본체(1)에 구비되어 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향 위치를 조절하는 위치조절수단(40)과, 상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 제어하여 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향위치를 조절하는 제어유닛(50)을 더 포함하며, 상기 제어유닛(50)은 상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여, 상기 그립퍼(10)에 고정된 대상물의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되지 않을 경우, 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 이용하여 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향 위치를 조절함으로써, 상기 대상물의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되도록 조절할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 무인비행체가 제공된다.
본 고안에 따른 무인비행체는 본체(1)의 하측에 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼(10)가 구비됨으로, 무인비행체를 대상물의 상측에 떠있도록 한 상태에서 상기 그립퍼(10)를 이용하여 대상물을 집어 고정하고, 원하는 곳으로 운반할 수 있다.
따라서, 작업자가 대상물을 수납해줘야 하는 종래의 무인비행체와 달리, 사용이 매우 편할 뿐 아니라, 작업자가 갈 수 없는 위험한 곳의 대상물도 손쉽게 운반할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

이하, 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 3 내지 도 6은 본 고안에 따른 무인비행체를 도시한 것으로, 상기 본체(1)의 둘레부에 구비된 복수개의 아암(2)과, 상기 아암(2)에 구비되며 구동모터(4)에 의해 구동되는 프로펠러(3)가 구비되어, 도시 안된 리모컨을 이용하여 원격조정할 수 있도록 된 것은 종래와 동일하다.
이때, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 착륙을 위한 착륙장치(5)가 구비된다.
그리고, 본 고안에 따르면, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼(10)가 구비된다.
이를 자세히 설명하면, 상기 그립퍼(10)는 상기 본체(1)의 하측면에서 하측으로 연장된 지지바(11)와, 상기 지지바(11)의 하단에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 헤드(12)로 구성된다.
상기 지지바(11)는 상하방향으로 연장된 바형태로 구성되어 상기 헤드(12)를 상기 본체(1)에 고정한다.
상기 헤드(12)는 지지대(12a)와, 상기 지지대(12a)에 상호 인접방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 그립핑부재(12b)와, 상기 지지대(12a)에 회전가능하게 결합되어 구동모터(12d)에 의해 정역회전 되는 회전부재(12c)와, 상기 회전부재(12c)와 그립핑부재(12b)를 연결하는 커넥팅로드(12e)로 구성된다.
따라서, 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 구동모터(12d)를 이용하여 상기 회전부재(12c)를 회전시키면, 상기 커넥팅로드(12e)에 의해 상기 그립핑부재(12b)가 상호 근접되거나 이격되는 방향으로 슬라이드되며, 대상물의 양측면을 가압하여 고정할 수 있다.
이때, 상기 헤드(12)가 상기 착륙장치(5)의 하측에 위치되도록 충분히 길게 구성되어, 헤드(12)가 상기 착륙장치(5)에 간섭되지 않고 대상물을 물어 고정할 수 있도록 구성된다.
그리고, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 상기 지지바(11)의 상단이 회동가능하게 결합되는 회동브라켓(1a)이 구비되며, 상기 지지바(11)에는 그립퍼(10)를 회동승강시키는 승강구동수단(20)이 연결된다.
이를 위해, 상기 지지바(11)의 상단에는 측방향으로 연장되어 상기 회동브라켓(1a)에 힌지결합되는 힌지축(11a)이 구비되며, 상기 승강구동수단(20)은 상기 힌지축(11a)에 연결되어 힌지축(11a)을 정역회전시키는 구동모터를 이용한다.
따라서, 도 3 내지 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 그립퍼(10)가 하측으로 연장되도록 회동시키면, 상기 그립퍼(10)의 헤드(12)가 상기 착륙장치(5)의 하측에 위치되어 상기 착륙장치(5)의 간섭 없이, 상기 헤드(12)를 이용하여 대상물을 물어 고정시킬 수 있으며, 이와 같이 상기 그립퍼(10)에 대상물이 고정된 상태에서, 작업자가 상기 리모컨을 이용하여 무인비행체를 조정함으로써, 대상물을 원하는 것으로 운반할 수 있다.
그리고, 대상물을 운반하지 않을 때는, 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 승강구동수단(20)을 이용하여 상기 그립퍼(10)를 상측으로 회동시킴으로써, 무인비행체를 착륙시킬 때 착륙장치(5)의 하측으로 연장된 그립퍼(10)가 상기 착륙장치(50)보다 먼저 바닥면에 닿아, 무인비행체가 안정적으로 착륙하지 못하게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 무인비행체는 본체(1)의 하측에 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼(10)가 구비됨으로, 무인비행체를 대상물의 상측에 떠있도록 한 상태에서 상기 그립퍼(10)를 이용하여 대상물을 집어 고정하고, 원하는 곳으로 운반할 수 있다.
따라서, 작업자가 대상물을 수납해줘야 하는 종래의 무인비행체와 달리, 사용이 매우 편할 뿐 아니라, 작업자가 갈 수 없는 위험한 곳의 대상물도 손쉽게 운반할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
그리고, 상기 그립퍼(10)는 상기 본체(1)의 하측면에서 하측으로 연장된 지지바(11)와, 상기 지지바(11)의 하단에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 헤드(12)를 포함하며, 상기 헤드(12)는 지지대(12a)와, 상기 지지대(12a)에 상호 인접방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 그립핑부재(12b)와, 상기 지지대(12a)에 회전가능하게 결합되어 구동모터(12d)에 의해 정역회전 되는 회전부재(12c)와, 상기 회전부재(12c)와 그립핑부재(12b)를 연결하는 커넥팅로드(12e)를 포함하여, 상기 회전부재(12c)를 정역회전시키면 상기 그립핑부재(12b)가 대상물의 둘레면을 가압하여 고정하게 된다.
따라서, 상기 그립퍼(10)의 구조가 매우 간단할 뿐 아니라, 대상물을 효과적으로 물어 고정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 상기 지지바(11)의 상단이 회동가능하게 결합되는 회동브라켓(1a)이 구비되며, 상기 지지바(11)에는 그립퍼(10)를 회동승강시키는 승강구동수단(20)이 연결되어, 상기 그립퍼(10)를 사용하지 않을 때는 상측으로 회동시킬 수 있다.
따라서, 그립퍼(10)를 충분히 하측으로 길게 연장되도록 구성하여도, 무인비행체가 착륙할 때 그립퍼(10)에 의해 착륙이 방해받는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 이에 따라, 상기 그립퍼(10)를 충분히 길게 구성하여, 상기 착륙장치(5)에 간섭받지 않고 대상물을 집어 올릴 수 있는 장점이 있다.
도 7 내지 도 9는 본 고안에 따른 제2 실시예를 도시한 것으로, 상기 본체(1)에 구비된 수평감지수단(30)과, 상기 본체(1)에 구비되어 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향 위치를 조절하는 위치조절수단(40)과, 상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 제어하여 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향위치를 조절하는 제어유닛(50)이 더 구비된다.
상기 수평감지수단(30)은 전자식 기울기센서를 이용하는 것으로, 무인비행체가 호버링을 할 때, 상기 본체(1)가 정확히 수평을 유지하고 있는 지를 감지하고, 본체(1)가 일측으로 기울어질 경우, 본체(1)가 어느 쪽으로 기울어졌는지를 감지하는 기능을 한다.
상기 위치조절수단(40)은 상기 본체(1)의 하측에 측방향으로 연장되도록 배치되어 양단이 상기 본체(1)의 하측면에 구비된 제1 브라켓(1b)에 회전가능하게 결합된 제1 리드스크류(41)와, 상기 제1 리드스크류(41)에 연결되어 제1 리드스크류(41)를 정역회전시키는 제1 구동모터(42)와, 상기 본체(1)의 하측면에 측방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합되며 상기 제1 리드스크류(41)가 양측으로 관통하도록 결합되어 상기 제1 리드스크류(41)의 회전시 측방향으로 위치를 조절되는 제1 슬라이드블록(43)과, 상기 제1 슬라이드블록(43)의 하측에 전후방향으로 연장되도록 구비되며 양단이 상기 제1 슬라이드블록(43)의 하측면에 구비된 제2 브라켓(43a)에 회전가능하게 결합된 제2 리드스크류(44)와, 상기 제2 리드스크류(44)에 연결되어 제2 리드스크류(44)를 정역회전시키는 제2 구동모터(45)와, 상기 제1 슬라이드블록(43)의 하측면에 전후방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합되면 상기 제1 리드스크류(41)가 전후방향으로 관통결합되어 제1 리드스크류(41)의 회전시 전후방향으로 위치조절되는 제2 슬라이드블록(46)으로 구성된다.
이때, 상기 그립퍼(10)의 지지바(11)의 상단에 구비된 힌지축(11a)은 상기 제2 슬라이드블록(46)의 하측에 구비된 제3 브라켓(46a)에 회동가능하게 결합되어 승강구동수단(20)에 의해 상하방향으로 회동되도록 구성된다.
따라서, 상기 제1 및 제2 구동모터(42,45)를 구동시켜 상기 제1 및 제2 리드스크류(41,44)를 정역회전시키면, 상기 제1 및 제2 슬라이드블록(43,46)이 양측 및 전후방향으로 위치조절되며, 이에 따라, 상기 그립퍼(10)의 위치를 양측 및 전후방향으로 조절할 수 있다.
상기 제어유닛(50)은 상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여, 상기 그립퍼(10)에 고정된 대상물(6)의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되지 않을 경우, 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 이용하여 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향 위치를 조절함으로써, 상기 대상물(6)의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되도록 조절한다.
즉, 상기 대상물(6)은 일정한 형태를 갖게 되며 각각의 대상물(6)에는 무게중심이 발생된다.
따라서, 상기 그립퍼(10)를 이용하여 대상물(6)을 집어 올린 상태에서, 대상물(6)의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되지 않는 경우가 발생될 수 있으며, 이러한 경우, 본체(1)가 대상물(6)의 무게중심이 편중된 쪽으로 기울어져 무인비행체가 똑바로 날지 못하게 되는 문제점이 발생될 수 있다.

이때, 상기 본체(1)는 상기 그립퍼(10)에 고정된 대상물(6)의 무게중심이 치우친 쪽으로 경사지게 기울어짐으로, 상기 제어유닛(50)은 상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여 상기 본체(1)가 어느 쪽으로 기울어졌는지를 감지하고, 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 제어하여 상기 그립퍼(10)와 그립퍼(10)에 고정된 대상물(6)이 상기 본체(1)가 기울어진 쪽으로 반대쪽으로 위치이동되도록 함으로써, 상기 그립퍼(10)에 고정된 대상물(6)의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되도록 조절한다.
이와 같이 구성된 무인비행체는 본체(1)에 구비된 수평감지수단(30)과, 상기 본체(1)에 구비되어 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향 위치를 조절하는 위치조절수단(40)과, 상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 제어하여 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향위치를 조절하는 제어유닛(50)이 구비되어, 그립퍼(10)를 이용하여 집어 올린 대상물(6)의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되지 못하여 본체(1)가 일측으로 기울어질 경우, 이를 감지하여 상기 그립퍼(10)의 위치를 전후 및 좌우방향으로 조절하여 상기 대상물(6)과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되도록 함으로써, 무인비행체가 원활히 비행하도록 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 본체(1)와, 상기 본체(1)의 둘레부에 구비된 복수개의 아암(2)과, 상기 아암(2)에 구비되며 구동모터(4)에 의해 구동되는 프로펠러(3)와, 상기 본체(1)의 하측에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 그립퍼(10)를 포함하는 무인비행체에 있어서,
    상기 그립퍼(10)는,
    상기 본체(1)의 하측면에서 하측으로 연장된 지지바(11);
    상기 지지바(11)의 하단에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 헤드(12);
    를 포함하며,
    상기 헤드(12)는,
    지지대(12a);
    상기 지지대(12a)에 상호 인접방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합된 한 쌍의 그립핑부재(12b);
    상기 지지대(12a)에 회전가능하게 결합되어 구동모터(12d)에 의해 정역회전 되는 회전부재(12c);
    상기 회전부재(12c)와 그립핑부재(12b)를 연결하는 커넥팅로드(12e); 를 포함하여, 상기 회전부재(12c)를 정역회전시키면 상기 그립핑부재(12b)가 대상물의 둘레면을 가압하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무인비행체.

  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 착륙을 위한 착륙장치(5)가 구비되며,
    상기 그립퍼(10)는
    상기 본체(1)의 하측면에서 하측으로 연장된 지지바(11)와,
    상기 지지바(11)의 하단에 구비되어 대상물을 집을 수 있도록 된 헤드(12)를 포함하되,
    상기 지지바(11)는 상기 헤드(12)가 상기 착륙장치(5)의 하측에 위치되도록 구성되고,
    상기 본체(1)의 하측에는 상기 지지바(11)의 상단이 회동가능하게 결합되는 회동브라켓(1a)이 구비되며,
    상기 지지바(11)에 연결되어 그립퍼(10)를 회동승강시키는 승강구동수단(20)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무인비행체.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 본체(1)에 구비된 수평감지수단(30)과,
    상기 본체(1)에 구비되어 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향 위치를 조절하는 위치조절수단(40)과,
    상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 제어하여 상기 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향위치를 조절하는 제어유닛(50)을 더 포함하며,
    상기 제어유닛(50)은 상기 수평감지수단(30)의 신호를 수신하여, 상기 그립퍼(10)에 고정된 대상물의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되지 않을 경우, 상기 위치조절수단(40)을 이용하여 그립퍼(10)의 전후 및 좌우방향 위치를 조절함으로써, 상기 대상물의 무게중심과 본체(1)의 무게중심이 일치되도록 조절할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 무인비행체.
