Abstract
Description
Claims (30)
- 하기를 특징으로 하는, 플루오로중합체 상에 불포화 단량체를 그라프트하는 방법:a) 플루오로중합체를 불포화 단량체와 용융 배합하고;b) a)에서 수득한 배합물을 필름, 시이트, 과립 또는 분말의 형태로 만들고;c) 단계 b)로부터의 생성물을 공기의 부재 하에서 광자(γ) 또는 전자(β) 조사에, 1 내지 15 Mrad의 조사량으로 노출시키고;d) c)에서 수득된 생성물을 경우에 따라 처리하여, 플루오로중합체 상에 그라프트되지 않은 불포화 단량체 전부 또는 일부를 제거함.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체가 PVDF 인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, PVDF 가 VDF를 85 중량% 이상 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불포화 단량체가 무수 말레산인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체의 비율이 불포화 단량체 0.1 내지 10 중량%에 대해 각각 90 내지 99.9 중량%인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체의 비율이 불포화 단량체 0.1 내지 5 중량%에 대해 각각 95 내지 99.9 중량%인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조사량이 2 내지 6 Mrad인 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 그라프트된 플루오로중합체의 하나 이상의 층 및 다른 물질의 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 구조물.
- 제 8 항의 구조물로써 제조되는 보틀, 탱크, 컨테이너, 파이프, 호스, 용기, 필름 및 포장재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 그라프트된 플루오로중합체로 이루어진, 수송되거나 저장될 유체와 접촉하는 내부층, 및 이에 직접 부착된 외부 폴리올레핀 층을 포함하는 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 그라프트된 플루오로중합체로 이루어진, 수송되거나 저장될 유체와 접촉하는 내부층, 및 이에 직접 부착된 폴리올레핀 층 및 외부 폴리아미드 층.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, PVDF (또는 ETFE) 층이 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층에 인접하게 위치한 구조물.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 상에 그라프트된 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 작용기화 중합체의 층이 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층과 폴리올레핀 층 사이에 위치한 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 그라프트된 플루오로중합체로 이루어진 층이 두 개의 폴리올레핀 층 사이에 위치한 구조물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 상에 그라프트된 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 작용기화된 폴리올레핀의 층이 그라프트된 플루오로중합체의 층과 하나 또는 둘 모두의 폴리올레핀 층 사이에 위치한 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 그라프트된 플루오로중합체로 이루어진, 수송되거나 저장될 유체와 접촉하는 내부층, 및 이에 직접 부착된 외부 폴리아미드 층을 포함하는 구조물.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, PVDF (또는 ETFE) 층이 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층에인접하게 위치한 구조물.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 두 개의 폴리아미드 층 사이에 위치한 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층을 포함하는 구조물.
- 제 16 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 상에 그라프트된 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 작용기화된 중합체의 층이 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층과 폴리아미드 층 사이에 위치하고, 상기 작용기화된 중합체는 폴리아미드와 상용성(compatible)인 구조물.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수송되거나 저장될 유체와 접촉하는 내부층이 정전기의 축적을 방지하기 위해 카본 블랙, 카본 나노튜브 또는 상기 층을 전도성으로 만들 수 있는 임의의 기타 첨가제를 함유할 수 있는 것인 구조물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 그라프트된 플루오로중합체로 이루어진 외부층, 및 이에 직접 부착된 기판 층을 포함하는 구조물.
- 제 21 항에 있어서, PVDF 층이 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층에 인접하게 위치한 구조물.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 상에 그라프트된 작용기와 반응할 수 있는 작용기를 갖는 작용기화된 중합체의 층이 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층과 기판 층 사이에 위치하고, 상기 작용기화된 중합체는 기판과 상용성인 구조물.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 23 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그라프트된 플루오로중합체 층이 동일하나 그라프트되지 않은 플루오로중합체와의 배합물, 또는 다른 플루오로중합체와의 배합물, 또는 아크릴 중합체와 같은 다른 중합체와의 배합물인 구조물.
- 벌크-그라프트된 플루오로중합체.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체가 PVDF인 중합체.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, PVDF가 VDF를 85 중량% 이상 함유하는 중합체.
- 제 25 항 내지 제 27 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불포화 단량체가 무수 말레산인 중합체.
