Claims (10)
- 신호선과,스위치를 통해 신호선에 접속 가능한 전류원회로와,상기 스위치와 상기 전류원회로를 각각 포함하는 복수의 유니트회로들과,프리차지기간에, 상기 복수의 유니트회로들로부터 선택된 M개의 유니트회로들의 전류원회로들에 제 1 전류를 공급하고, 설정기간에, 상기 복수의 유니트회로들로부터 선택된 N개의 유니트회로들의 전류원회로들에 제 2 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 신호선과,스위치를 통해 신호선에 접속 가능한 전류원회로와,상기 스위치와 상기 전류원회로를 각각 포함하는 복수의 유니트회로들과,프리차지기간에, 상기 복수의 유니트회로들로부터 선택된 M개의 유니트회로들의 전류원회로들에 제 1 전류를 공급하고, 설정기간에, 상기 M개의 유니트회로들을 제외하고 상기 복수의 유니트회로들로부터 선택된 N개의 유니트회로들의 전류원회로들에 제 2 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,N=1인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,N=1인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유니트회로는, 상기 전류원회로와 접속하는 발광소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유니트회로는, 상기 전류원회로와 접속하는 발광소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류 대 상기 제 2 전류의 크기 비율이, M:N인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류 대 상기 제 2 전류의 크기 비율이, M:N인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 신호선과, 스위치를 통해 신호선에 접속 가능한 전류원회로와, 상기 스위치와 상기 전류원회로를 각각 포함하는 복수개의 유니트회로들을 구비한 반도체장치의 구동방법에 있어서,상기 복수의 유니트회로들로부터 선택된 M개의 유니트회로들의 전류원회로들에 제 1 전류를 공급하는 단계와,상기 M개의 유니트회로들을 제외하고 상기 복수의 유니트회로들 중 선택된 N개의 유니트회로들의 전류원회로들에 제 2의 전류를 공급하는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 구동방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,M 배만큼 큰 전류는 상기 제 1 전류로서 상기 유니트회로들의 상기 선택된 M 조각들에 따라 공급되고, N 배만큼 큰 전류는 상기 제 2 전류로서 상기 유니트회로들의 상기 선택된 N 조각들에 따라 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치의 구동방법.
