Claims (16)
- 신호선과,스위치를 통해 상기 신호선에 접속 가능한 전류원 회로와,상기 스위치와 상기 전류원 회로를 각각 포함하는 복수의 회로와,프리차지 기간에, 상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 M개의 회로의 전류원 회로에 제 1 전류를 공급하고, 설정기간에, 상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 N개의 회로의 전류원 회로에 제 2 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단을 구비하고,N 및 M은 제로를 제외한 자연수이고, M은 N보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 신호선과,스위치를 통해 상기 신호선에 접속 가능한 전류원 회로와,상기 스위치와 상기 전류원 회로를 각각 포함하는 복수의 회로와,프리차지 기간에, 상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 M개의 회로의 전류원 회로에 제 1 전류를 공급하고, 설정기간에, 상기 M개의 회로를 제외하고 상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 N개의 회로의 전류원 회로에 제 2 전류를 공급하는 전류공급수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,N=1인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 회로의 각각은, 상기 전류원 회로와 접속하는 발광소자를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 전류와 상기 제 2 전류의 크기 비율이, M:N인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치.

- 신호선과, 스위치를 통해 상기 신호선에 접속 가능한 전류원 회로와, 상기 스위치와 상기 전류원 회로를 각각 포함하는 복수의 회로를 구비한 반도체장치의 구동방법으로서,상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 M개의 회로의 전류원 회로에 제 1 전류를 공급하는 단계와,상기 M개의 회로를 제외하고 상기 복수의 회로 중에서 선택된 N개의 회로의 전류원회로에 제 2 전류를 공급하는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 구동방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,M배의 전류는 상기 제 1 전류로서 상기 선택된 M개의 회로의 개수에 따라 공급되고, N배의 전류는 상기 제 2 전류로서 상기 선택된 N개의 회로의 개수에 따라 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 구동방법.
- 신호선과, 스위치 및 상기 스위치를 통해 상기 신호선에 접속 가능한 트랜지스터를 각각 포함하는 복수의 회로를 구비한 반도체장치의 구동방법으로서,상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 M개의 회로의 트랜지스터에 제 1 전류를 공급하는 단계와,상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 N개의 회로의 트랜지스터에 제 2 전류를 공급하는 단계를 포함하고,N 및 M은 제로를 제외한 자연수이고, M은 N보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 구동방법.
- 신호선과, 스위치 및 상기 스위치를 통해 상기 신호선에 접속 가능한 트랜지스터를 각각 포함하는 복수의 회로를 구비한 반도체장치의 구동방법으로서,상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 M개의 회로의 트랜지스터에 제 1 전류를 공급하는 단계와,상기 복수의 회로로부터 선택된 N개의 회로의 트랜지스터에 제 2 전류를 공급하는 단계를 포함하고,N 및 M은 제로를 제외한 자연수이고, M은 N보다 크며,상기 제 1 전류는 상기 제 2 전류보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 구동방법.

- 제 11 항, 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제 1 전류원회로는 상기 제 1 전류를 공급하고, 제 2 전류원회로는 상기 제 2 전류를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 구동방법.
- 제 11 항, 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 회로의 각각은 발광소자를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 장치의 구동방법.
- 제 11 항, 제 12 항 또는 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 반도체장치는 비디오 카메라, 디지털 카메라, 고글 디스플레이, 네비게이션 시스템, 음향재생장치, 랩탑 퍼스널 컴퓨터, 게임기기, 휴대정보단말기, 기록매체를 구비한 화상재생장치로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 전자기기에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 구동방법.
