Claims (9)
- 메타크실렌디아민을 70 몰% 이상 포함하는 디아민 성분과 탄소수 4∼20의 α,ω-직쇄 지방족 디카르복실산과 이소프탈산 및 나프탈렌 디카르복실산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 디카르복실산의 몰비율이 30:70∼95:5 인 혼합 디카르복실산을 70 몰% 이상 포함하는 디카르복실산 성분을 중축합하여 얻어지는 연료 배리어(barrier)용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 수지는 유기 팽윤화제로 처리한 스멕타이트(smectite)를 폴리아미드 수지와 스멕타이트의 합계에 대하여 1∼20 중량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 배리어용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 혼합 디카르복실산은 탄소수 4∼20의 α,ω-직쇄 지방족 디카르복실산과 이소프탈산의 몰비 3:7∼9:1 의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 배리어용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 3항에 있어서,융점이 160∼220℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 배리어용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,성형 온도,전단 속도 100sec-1에서의 용융 점도가 1000∼5000Paㆍs 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 배리어용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 혼합 디카르복실산은 탄소수 4∼20의 α,ω-직쇄 지방족 디카르복실산과 나프탈렌 디카르복실산의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 배리어용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 6항에 있어서,융점이 160∼225℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 배리어용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 6항 또는 제 7항에 있어서,성형 온도,전단 속도 100sec-1에서의 용융 점도가 200∼5000Paㆍs 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 배리어용 폴리아미드 수지.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리아미드 수지로 이루어진 층에 다른 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 층이 적층되어 이루어지는 다층 성형체.
