Claims (12)
- 제 1 부재의 제 1 슬라이딩면과 제 2 부재의 제 2 슬라이딩면이 상대 슬라이딩하는 압축기에 있어서,상기 제 1 슬라이딩면 및 상기 제 2 슬라이딩면 중 적어도 한 쪽에는 적어도 고체 윤활제 및 무기입자를 함유하는 바인더 수지로 이루어지는 슬라이딩막이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩막에는 커플링제가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지는 폴리아미드이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 무기입자는 산화티탄 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄 분말의 평균 1 차 입경은 1㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이딩막은 상기 산화티탄 분말을 상기 바인더 수지에 대하여 5∼35 질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압축기는, 흡입실, 토출실 및 실린더 보어를 형성하는 하우징, 그 하우징에 회전 가능하게 지지된 구동축, 그 구동축과 동기회전 가능한 사판, 및 그 사판에 슈를 통해 계류되며 그 사판의 경사각에 따라 그 실린더 보어 내를 왕복운동하여 압축실을 형성하는 피스톤을 구비하며,상기 제 1 부재는 상기 사판이고, 상기 제 2 부재는 상기 슈인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압축기는, 흡입실, 토출실 및 실린더 보어를 형성하는 하우징, 그 하우징에 회전 가능하게 지지된 구동축, 그 구동축과 동기회전 가능한 사판, 및 그 사판에 슈를 통해 계류되며 그 사판의 경사각에 따라 그 실린더 보어 내를 왕복운동하여 압축실을 형성하는 피스톤을 구비하며,상기 제 1 부재는 상기 슈이고, 상기 제 2 부재는 상기 피스톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 압축기는, 흡입실, 토출실 및 실린더 보어를 형성하는 하우징, 그 하우징에 회전 가능하게 지지된 구동축, 그 구동축과 동기회전 가능한 사판, 및 그 사판에 슈를 통해 계류되며 그 사판의 경사각에 따라 그 실린더 보어 내를 왕복운동하여 압축실을 형성하는 피스톤을 구비하며,상기 제 1 부재는 상기 피스톤이고, 상기 제 2 부재는 상기 하우징인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
