Description
本実施の形態の摺動部材10は、例えば、下記工程によって作製される。
次に、摺動部材10の適用形態の一例を説明する。
基材12として、厚さ1.5mmの鋼板(SPCC(JIS))を用意した。また、表1に示す組成の合成樹脂に、表1に示す添加物を添加した摺動部材用樹脂材料および比較摺動部材用樹脂材料からなる前駆体溶液を調整した。そして、この前駆体溶液を、基材12上にナイフコート法により塗布した。塗布後、室温~約200℃の範囲で60分~90分乾燥した。その後、約300℃まで昇温し、30分~90分焼成した。
―ドライ耐焼付き性―
実施例および比較例の試験片について、ドライ耐焼付き性を評価した。ドライ耐焼付き性の評価は、以下の条件で行った。
・回転速度:1450rpm
・試験温度(軸受背面温度):常温
・相手材:S45C
・潤滑油:無
実施例および比較例の試験片について、油中耐焼付き性を評価した。油中耐焼付き性の評価は、以下の条件で行った。
・回転速度:4500rpm
・試験温度(軸受背面温度):50℃
・相手材:S45C
・潤滑油:パラフィン油

Claims (7)
- 合成樹脂と、前記合成樹脂中に分散されたグラファイト粒子と、硬質物と、からなる摺動部材用樹脂材料であって、
前記合成樹脂は、前記摺動部材用樹脂材料100体積%に対して5体積%以上30体積%以下のPTFEと、耐熱性のポリイミド樹脂と、を含み、
前記グラファイト粒子は、平均粒径が0.5μm以上5.0μm未満であり、前記合成樹脂中の含有量が1体積%以上15体積%未満である、
摺動部材用樹脂材料。 - 前記グラファイト粒子は、鱗片状である、
請求項1に記載の摺動部材用樹脂材料。 - 前記合成樹脂は、
前記ポリイミド樹脂を50体積%以上含む、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の摺動部材用樹脂材料。 - 前記合成樹脂は、
前記ポリイミド樹脂に対して1重量%以上4重量%以下のシランカップリング剤を含む、
請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材用樹脂材料。 - 前記合成樹脂は、
1体積%以上5体積%以下の硬質物を含む、
請求項1~請求項4の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材用樹脂材料。 - MoS2を含まない、請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材用樹脂材料。
- 基材と、
前記基材上に形成された請求項1~請求項6の何れか1項に記載の摺動部材用樹脂材料からなる樹脂層と、
を有する摺動部材。
