Description
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る摺動部材1の構造を示す模式図である。摺動部材1は、例えば、円筒軸受、いわゆるブシュである。ブシュは、例えば、燃料噴射ポンプ、エンジン、変速機、ショックアブソーバー等においてすべり軸受として用いられる。なお摺動部材1はブシュに限られず、ワッシャ、半割軸受、斜板式コンプレッサの斜板などに用いられてもよい。
図2は、一実施形態に係る摺動部材1の製造方法を示すフローチャートである。
まず、沈降防止剤の効果を確認するため、下記の組成で試料(実験例1および実験例2)を作成した。実験例1については、図2のフローに従って試料を作成した。これらの試料について、断面を光学顕微鏡で観察することにより、樹脂中にMoS2粒子が均一に分散しているか評価した。

Claims (2)
- 沈降防止剤とMoS2粒子とを混合して第1混合物を生成する工程と、
前記第1混合物と樹脂前駆体とを混合して第2混合物を生成する工程と、
前記第2混合物と黒鉛粒子とを混合して第3混合物を生成する工程と、
前記第3混合物を摺動部材の基材に塗布する工程と、
前記塗布された第3混合物を硬化させる工程と
を有する摺動部材の製造方法。 - 前記第3混合物を生成する工程において、さらにクレー、ムライト、及びタルクの少なくとも1種を混合する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の摺動部材の製造方法。
