Abstract

 本発明の課題は、形成された潤滑膜が摺動時等に加圧などされても、該潤滑膜中に大きな亀裂が発生せず、該潤滑膜の大きな剥離が抑制され、以って耐摩耗性の向上された潤滑膜を与える摺動部材用組成物を提供することである。本発明は、ベース樹脂と、摺動相手材よりも軟質の金属ナノ粒子とを含有し、該軟質金属ナノ粒子の含有量が5vol%以下であることを特徴とする摺動部材用組成物である。
