Description
Claims (4)
- シャフトが連結されて前記シャフトと共に回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックに形成され前記シャフトの周方向に所定の間隔をもって配置される複数のシリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に摺動可能に挿入され前記シリンダの内部に容積室を区画するピストンと、
前記ピストンの先端部に回転自在に連結されて前記先端部に摺接するシューと、
前記シューが摺接する斜板と、を備え、
前記シューは、
前記ピストンに摺接する部位及び前記斜板に摺接する部位の少なくとも一方に設けられる樹脂製のスライド部と、
前記スライド部が取り付けられるシュー本体部と、
前記シュー本体部と前記スライド部との間にわたって設けられ、前記シュー本体部と前記スライド部との相対回転を規制する係止部と、を有し、
前記シュー本体部は、円板状に形成され前記斜板に対向する平板部を有し、
前記シューは、前記平板部の外周面を覆うように前記平板部に設けられ前記斜板に摺接する前記スライド部としての斜板スライド部を有し、
前記係止部は、前記平板部の前記外周面と前記斜板スライド部との間にわたって設けられる斜板側係止部を有し、
前記斜板側係止部は、
前記シュー本体部の前記平板部の前記外周面及び前記斜板スライド部の一方に形成される窪み部と、
前記シュー本体部の前記平板部の前記外周面及び前記斜板スライド部の他方に形成され前記窪み部に係止する突起部と、を有することを特徴とする液圧回転機。 - 前記窪み部は、曲面によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記ピストンは、前記先端部に形成される球面座を有し、
前記シュー本体部は、前記ピストンの前記球面座を受容する受容部を有し、
前記受容部は、
本体部と、
前記本体部から縮径されて前記受容部からの前記球面座の抜けを規制する縮径部と、を有し、
前記シューは、前記受容部の内周に設けられ前記ピストンの前記球面座に摺接する前記スライド部としてのピストンスライド部を有し、
前記係止部は、前記受容部の前記本体部と前記ピストンスライド部との相対回転を規制するピストン側係止部を有し、
前記ピストン側係止部は、
前記受容部の前記本体部と前記ピストンスライド部の一方に形成される窪み部と、
前記受容部の前記本体部と前記ピストンスライド部の他方に形成され前記窪み部に係止する突起部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の液圧回転機。 - 前記窪み部は、前記シュー本体部に設けられ、
前記突起部は、前記スライド部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の液圧回転機。
