Abstract
【解決手段】液圧回転機100であって、複数のピストン6と、ピストン6を収容する複数のシリンダ2bを有するシリンダブロック2と、シリンダブロック2を貫通するシャフト1と、シリンダブロック2の回転に伴ってシリンダ2bの容積室を拡縮するようにピストン6を往復動させる斜板11と、シリンダブロック2を収容するケーシング3と、ケーシング3の開口端を塞ぐフロントカバー4と、フロントカバー4に形成され、シャフト1に沿ってシリンダブロック2側に延出する延出部4bと、延出部4bとシリンダブロック2との間に設けられる第1すべり軸受20と、を備え、第1すべり軸受20は、ピン部材21によって延出部4bまたはシリンダブロック2に固定される。

Claims (8)
- 複数のピストンと、
前記ピストンを収容する複数のシリンダを有し、回転するシリンダブロックと、
前記シリンダブロックを貫通して前記シリンダブロックと結合するシャフトと、
前記シリンダブロックの回転に伴って前記シリンダの容積室を拡縮するように前記ピストンを往復動させる斜板と、
前記シャフトの一端を支持するとともに前記シリンダブロックを収容するケース部材と、
前記シャフトの他端が挿通し、前記ケース部材の開口端を塞ぐカバー部材と、
前記カバー部材に形成され、前記シャフトに沿って前記シリンダブロック側に延出する延出部と、
前記延出部と前記シリンダブロックとの間に設けられる第1すべり軸受と、
を備え、
前記第1すべり軸受は、固定手段によって前記延出部または前記シリンダブロックに固定されることを特徴とする液圧回転機。 - 前記固定手段は、前記第1すべり軸受を貫通し先端部が前記延出部または前記シリンダブロックに設けられた孔に嵌合するピン部材であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記固定手段は、前記第1すべり軸受を貫通し先端部が前記延出部または前記シリンダブロックに設けられたネジ孔に螺合する止めネジであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記固定手段は、前記第1すべり軸受に形成される軸受側突起部または軸受側係止凹部と、前記延出部または前記シリンダブロックに形成され前記軸受側突起部と係合する係止凹部または前記軸受側係止凹部と係合する突起部とからなる係止構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記第1すべり軸受は、前記延出部または前記シリンダブロックにモールド成形により形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記固定手段は、前記第1すべり軸受に形成される軸受側ネジ部と、前記延出部または前記シリンダブロックに形成され前記軸受側ネジ部に螺合するネジ部と、からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液圧回転機。
- 作動流体が水であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の液圧回転機。
- 前記カバー部材に設けられ、貫通する前記シャフトの外周を回転自在に支持する第2すべり軸受と、
前記ケース部材に設けられ、前記シャフトの一端を回転自在に支持する第3すべり軸受と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一つに記載の液圧回転機。
