Claims (6)
- 외치기어와 이 외치기어와 근소한 치(齒)수차를 가지는 내치기어를 가지고, 이 외치기어 또는 내치기어 중 어느 일방이 타방에 대하여 요동회전함으로써 입력축의 회전을 감속하고, 출력축으로부터 감속출력을 꺼내는 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치로서,상기 외치기어와 상기 내치기어 중, 일방의 치형(齒形)이 트로코이드(trochoid)치형이고, 타방의 치형이 원호(圓弧)치형이며,상기 외치기어와 상기 내치기어의 사이에,100℃에 있어서의 동점도(動粘度)가 10㎟/s 이상인 기유(基油)와,아디핀산(adipic acid)으로부터 합성된 리튬컴플렉스인 증장제와,를 적어도 함유하는 그리스가 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기유의 40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 50㎟/s 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기유의 40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 100㎟/s 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치.
- 외치기어와 이 외치기어와 근소한 치수차를 가지는 내치기어를 가지고, 이 외치기어 또는 내치기어 중 어느 일방이 타방에 대하여 요동회전함으로써 입력축의 회전을 감속하고, 출력축으로부터 감속출력을 꺼내는 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치로서,상기 외치기어와 상기 내치기어 중, 일방의 치형이 트로코이드치형이고, 타방의 치형이 원호치형인 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치의,상기 외치기어와 상기 내치기어의 사이에,100℃에 있어서의 동점도가 10㎟/s 이상인 기유와,아디핀산으로부터 합성된 리튬컴플렉스인 증장제와,를 적어도 함유하는 그리스를 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치의 내구성 향상방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 50㎟/s 이상인 기유를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치의 내구성 향상방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,40℃에 있어서의 동점도가 100㎟/s 이상인 기유를 이용하는 것을 특징으로하는 요동내접맞물림형 유성기어장치의 내구성 향상방법.
