Claims (11)
- 25 ~ 75중량%의 카본 골재와 20 ~ 50중량%의 열경화성 합성수지 결합재를 주성분을 하는 씰용 슬라이딩부재에 있어서,1~ 100㎛의 직경을 가진 기공이 독립 분산되어 있는 씰용 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기공은 구상(球狀)이며, 기공의 평균 직경은 2 ~ 100㎛인 씰용 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기공의 면적율은 1 ~ 20%인 씰용 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,쇼어경도가 70 이상, 겉보기비중이 1.55 이상인 씰용 슬라이딩부재.
- 제 4항에 있어서,쇼어경도가 130 이하인 씰용 슬라이딩부재.
- 청구항 제 1항에 기재된 씰용 슬라이딩부재와 상기 씰용 슬라이딩부재보다단단한 재료로 구성되어 있는 상대측 슬라이딩부재의 씰 조합.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 상대측 슬라이딩부재는 탄화규소로 구성되어 있는 씰 조합.
- 25 ~ 75중량%의 카본 골재와 20 ~ 50중량%의 열경화성 합성수지 결합재를 주성분을 하는 원재료에, 1 ~ 30중량%의 구상 수지를 배합하고, 이것을 혼합, 혼련 및 성형한 후, 소정 온도에서 소성하는 씰용 슬라이딩부재의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 구상 수지의 입경이 1 ~ 100㎛인 씰용 슬라이딩부재의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 구상 수지는 폴리 메타크릴산부틸, 폴리메타크릴산메틸, 폴리스틸렌, 폴리아크릴산에스테르, 폴리에틸렌 및 나이론 6으로부터 선택되는 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 수지로 이루어지고, 당해 수지의 연화점, 융점 및 휘발 개시온도가 상기 성형온도보다 높은 씰용 슬라이딩부재의 제조방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 열경화성 합성수지 결합재는 페놀수지, 에폭시수지, 푸란수지, 폴리에스테르수지 및 나프탈렌수지로부터 선택되는 1종류 또는 2종류 이상의 수지로 이루어지고, 당해 성형온도가 120 ~ 200℃, 상기 소성온도가 800 ~ 3000℃인 씰용 슬라이딩부재의 제조방법.
