Description
Claims (9)
- 실질적으로 산화 제2세륨만으로 이루어지는 산화물이며, 900℃에서 5시간 소성한 후의 비표면적이 30.0m2/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 제2세륨.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1000℃에서 5시간 소성후, 200∼600℃의 온도역에서 TPR 곡선과 베이스라인이 둘러싸는 면적(S1)과 600∼1000℃의 온도역에서 TPR 곡선과 베이스라인이 둘러싸는 면적(S2)와의 비 S1/S2가 0.120 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 제2세륨.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 900℃에서 5시간 소성후, 400℃에서 0.60ml O2/g/s 이상의 OSC를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 제2세륨.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 300℃에서 10시간 소성후의 탭 밀도가 1.3g/ml 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 제2세륨.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 300℃에서 10시간 소성후의 세공 용적이 0.50ml/g 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화 제2세륨.
- 세륨 이온의 90몰% 이상이 4가인 세륨 용액을 준비하는 공정(a)와, 공정(a)에서 준비한 세륨 용액을 60∼220℃로 가열 유지하는 공정(b)와, 가열 유지한 세륨 용액을 냉각하는 공정(c)와, 냉각한 세륨 용액에 침전제를 첨가함으로써 침전물을 얻는 공정(d)와, 침전물을 소성하는 공정(e)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항의 산화 제2세륨의 제조법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 공정(a)의 세륨 용액중의 세륨 농도가, 산화세륨 환산 농도로 5∼150g/L이며, 또한 공정(e)의 소성 온도가 250∼900℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 공정(d)의 후, 공정(e)의 전에, 공정(d)에서 얻어진 침전물을 용매중에서 60∼220℃로 가열 처리하여 침전물을 얻는 공정(d1)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
- 제 1 항의 산화제2세륨을 포함하는 조촉매를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
