Claims (9)
- 주성분인 산화아연에 부성분으로 칼륨을 함유한 화합물을 첨가하고, 이를 습식 분쇄하는 혼합·분쇄공정을 포함하는 바리스터의 제조방법으로 있어서, 상기 칼륨을 함유한 화합물로서 난용성 칼륨 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부성분은 프라세오디뮴을 함유한 화합물 및 코발트를 함유한 화합물을 또 포함하는 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 난용성 칼륨 화합물은 온도 25도에서 100g의 수용액에 대한 상기 칼륨의 용해량이 3g이하인 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 난용성 칼륨 화합물은 과염소산 칼륨, 주석산 수소칼륨,헥사클로로백금산 칼륨 및 헥사니트로코발트산 칼륨 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 포함하는 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합·분쇄공정은 폴리칼본산계 분산제를 첨가해 이루어지는 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리칼본산계 분산제의 첨가량은 주성분의 중량과 부성분의 중량과를 합산한 총 중량에 대하여 0.1∼5.0중량%인 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합·분쇄공정은 물의 존재 하에서 이루어지는 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합·분쇄공정을 통해 얻어진 재료를 탈수·건조해 조립분을 제작하는 공정과, 상기 조립분을 가소해 가소분말을 제작하는 공정과, 상기가소분말에 바인더 및 용제를 추가해 시트 형성용 슬러리를 조정하는 공정과, 상기 시트 형성용 슬러리를 시트 상에 형성해 세라믹 그린시트를 제작하는 공정과, 상기 세라믹 그린시트 상에 내부 전극이 되는 도체 패턴을 부여하는 공정과, 도체 패턴이 부여된 세라믹 그린시트를 적층해 적층체를 제작하는 공정과, 상기 적층체를 소성 하는 공정과, 소성된 상기 적층체의 표면에 외부전극을 형성하는 공정를 또한 가지는 바리스터의 제조방법.
- 청구범위의 제1항에서 제8항 중의 어느 기재의 제조방법으로 제조된 바리스터.
