Description
Claims (14)
- 리튬염과 유기용매로 이루어진 유기 전해액에 있어서,상기 유기용매가 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시기 함유 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.<화학식 1>CH3O(CH2)nCHR1R2상기식중, n은 1 내지 5의 정수이고, R1및 R2은 서로에 관계없이 할로겐 원자, 하이드록시기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴옥시기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기 또는 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴옥시기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시기 함유 화합물이 트리메톡시프로판인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리글라임(polyglyme)과 디옥소란 성분(moiety)을 갖고 있는 유기 화합물중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리글라임이 디에틸렌글리콜 디메틸에테르{CH3(OCH2CH2)2OCH3}, 디에틸렌글리콜 디에틸에테르{C2H5(OCH2CH2)2OC2H5}, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디메틸에테르{CH3(OCH2CH2)3OCH3}, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디에틸에테르{C2H5(OCH2CH2)3OC2H5}로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 디옥소란 성분을 갖고 있는 유기 화합물이 1,3-디옥소란, 4,5-디에틸-디옥소란, 4,5-디메틸-디옥소란, 4-메틸-1,3-디옥소란 및 4-에틸-1,3-디옥소란으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리글라임과 디옥소란 성분을 갖고 있는 유기 화합물중 선택된 하나 이상의 함량이 유기용매 총부피를 기준으로 하여 5 내지 95 부피%이고, 화학식 2의 표시되는 알콕시기 함유 화합물의 함량이 5 내지 95 부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리글라임과 디옥소란 성분을 갖고 있는 유기 화합물의 혼합부피비가 1:9 내지 9:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 메틸렌 카보네이트, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 디메틸카보네이트, γ-부티로락톤, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트, 메틸 에틸 카보네이트 및 디에틸 카보네이트, 비닐렌 카보네이트, 2-플루오로벤젠, 3-플루오로벤젠, 4-플루오로벤젠, 디메톡시에탄, 디에톡시에탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 용매의 총함량이 유기용매 총부피를 기준으로 하여 5 내지 95 부피%이고, 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시기 함유 화합물의 함량이 5 내지 95 부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전해액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 리튬염의 농도가 0.5 내지 2.0M인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해액.
- 캐소드;애노드;상기 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이타; 및리튬염과, 화학식 1로 표시되는 알콕시기 함유 화합물과, 폴리글라임과, 디옥소란 성분(moiety)을 갖고 있는 유기 화합물중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 유기용매로 이루어진 유기 전해액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 설퍼 전지.<화학식 1>CH3O(CH2)nCHR1R2상기식중, n은 1 내지 5의 정수이고, R1및 R2은 서로에 관계없이 할로겐 원자, 하이드록시기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 6 내지 30의 아릴옥시기, 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴기 또는 치환된 또는 비치환된 탄소수 2 내지 30의 헤테로아릴옥시기이다.
- 캐소드;애노드;상기 캐소드와 애노드 사이에 개재된 세퍼레이타; 및제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항의 유기 전해액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 캐소드가 리튬 복합 산화물, 단체황, Li2Sn(n≥1)이 용해된 캐솔라이트, 유기황 및 (C2Sx)y(x는 2.5-20, y≥2)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 애노드가 리튬 금속 전극, 리튬 금속 합금 전극, 리튬 비활성 황의 복합전극이거나 카본재 또는 그래파이트계 물질로 이루어진 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지.
