Claims (9)
- 화학식 (1)의 비닐 화합물,상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6및 R7은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 알킬기, 할로겐화 알킬기 또는 페닐기이며, -(O-X-O)-는 화학식 (2) 또는 화학식 (3)으로 나타내어지며(여기서 R8, R9, R10, R14, R15, R16, R17, R22및 R23은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 할로겐 원자, 1-6의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 페닐기이며, R11, R12, R13, R18, R19, R20및 R21은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며, 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 1-6의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 페닐기이며, 그리고 A는 1-20의 탄소원자를 가지며 치환체를 가질 수 있는 선형 또는 고리형 탄화수소임), -(Y-O)-는 화학식 (4)에 의해 정의된 구조의 한 종류 배열이거나 화학식 (4)에 의해 정의된 구조의 최소 두종류 랜덤 배열이며(여기서 R24및 R25는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며 할로겐 원자, 1-6의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 페닐기이며, 그리고 R26및 R27은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, 1-6의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 페닐기임), Z는 최소 하나의 탄소원자를 가지며 산소 원자, 질소원자, 황원자 또는 할로겐 원자를 함유할 수 있는 유기기이며, 각각의 a 및 b는 0-300의 정수이며, a와 b중 적어도 하나는 0이 아니며, 각각의 c 및 d는 0 또는 1의 정수임.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (2) 또는 화학식 (3)에서 R8, R9, R10, R14, R15, R16, R17, R22및 R23은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며 1-3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이며, R11, R12, R13, R18, R20및 R21은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며 1-3의 탄소원자를 갖는 수소원자 또는 알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 비닐 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, -(O-X-O)-가 화학식(3)으로 나타내어지는 경우, 각각의 R1및 R2는 알킬기, 할로겐화 알킬기 또는 페닐기임을 특징으로 하는 비닐 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식(4)에서 R24및 R25는 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며 1-3의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이며, 그리고 화학식(4)에서 R26및 R27은 동일하거나 다를 수 있으며 1-3의 탄소원자를 갖는 수소원자 또는 알킬기임을 특징으로 하는 비닐 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식 (2) 또는 화학식 (3)에서 R8, R9, R10, R14, R15, R16, R17, R22및 R23은 메틸기이며 그리고 -(Y-O)-는 화학식 (5) 또는 화학식 (6)의 배열구조 또는 화학식 (5)와 화학식 (6)의 랜덤 배열구조를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 비닐 화합물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 화학식 (2)의 -(O-X-O)-는 화학식 (7)로 나타내어짐을 특징으로 하는 비닐 화합물.
- 제 1항의 비닐 화합물을 함유하는 경화 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항의 비닐 화합물 및 광중합 개시제를 함유하는 감광 수지 조성물.
- 제 7항의 경화 수지 조성물 또는 제 8항의 조성물을 경화하여 얻어진 경화물.
