Claims (9)
- 차축이 삽입 통과하는 삽입 통과부를 구비한 하우징의 상기 삽입통과부에 차륜과 함께 회전하는 피검출체를 장착하고, 상기 피검출체의 회전을 자기검출수단에 의해 검출하는 회전검출장치에 있어서,상기 자기검출수단에 의해 회전을 검출하기 위한 검출부와, 상기 차륜의 회전을 상기 검출부에 전달하기 위한 회전전달부를 상기 피검출체에 구비하고, 상기 회전전달부가 탄성부재에 의해 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검출부는 상기 차축에 대해 수직방향으로 설치되는 제 1 고정부를 구비하고, 상기 회전전달부는 상기 제 1 고정부와 결합하는 제 2 고정부를 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1, 제 2 고정부는 어느 한쪽이 상기 차축에 대해 수직방향으로 설치되는 돌출부이고, 또 다른 한쪽이 상기 돌출부에 대응하여 형성되는 오목부인 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전전달부에서 상기 삽입통과부에 접촉하는 접촉부를 설치하고, 상기 삽입통과부와 상기 검출부의 사이에 틈부를 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피검출체는 상기 검출부와 상기 회전전달부가 별체로 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 검출부와 상기 회전전달부가 요철 끼워맞춤에 의해 결합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피검출체는 상기 검출부와 상기 회전전달부를 인서트 성형에 의해 일체적으로 형성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전전달부는 탄성력을 갖는 윤활성 부재에 의해 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검출부는 원통형상이고, 또 둘레 가장자리에 복수의 자극을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 회전검출장치.
