Claims (3)
- 복수의 서로 다른 직경 외주부(外周部)를 가지는 축 형상 부재(部材)의 외주면, 또는, 서로 다른 직경 내주부(內周部)를 가지는 통 형상 부재의 내주면을 고주파 유도가열하는 고주파 유도가열 코일체에 있어서,(a) 상기 축 형상 부재 또는 통 형상 부재의 축선(軸線) 방향에 대하여 평행으로 배치되는 동시에, 상기 축 형상 부재의 외주면, 또는 상기 통 형상 부재의 내주면에 서로 마주보게 배치되는 직선형상의 복수의 가열도체와,(b) 상기 복수의 가열도체의 일단부(一端部)가 접속되는 접속도체와,(c) 상기 복수의 가열도체의 타단부(他端部)와 고주파 전원에 접속되는 전기 공급용 리드(Lead)부를 접속하기 위한 접속도체,를 각각 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유도가열 코일체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 가열도체를 3개 이상 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유도가열 코일체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 복수의 가열도체의 일단부(一端部)가 접속되는 접속도체를, 원 고리형상, 원호형상, 또는 직선형상으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고주파 유도가열 코일체.
