Claims (8)
- 압력 매체 가스를 이용하여 처리품을 열간 등방 가압 처리하는 열간 등방 가압 장치이며,고압 용기와,상기 고압 용기 내에 설치된 처리품을 가열 및 가압 처리하는 처리실과,상기 처리실의 가로 방향 주위 및 상방을 덮는 단열 구조체와,상기 처리실의 하방에 배치된 압력 매체 가스를 가열하기 위한 베이스 히터와,상기 처리실의 하방에 배치된, 가열된 압력 매체 가스를 처리실 내로 공급하여 교반하는 팬 및 상기 고압 용기의 하부 덮개를 구비하고,상기 단열 구조체 및 처리품이 일체적으로 고압 용기 내로부터 취출되어, 상기 하부 덮개와는 별개로 일체적으로 반송 가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리품을 가열 및 가압 처리한 후, 상기 고압 용기 내로부터 압력 매체 가스를 배출할 때에, 상기 베이스 히터 및 상기 팬을 작동시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 히터 및 상기 팬이 상기 하부 덮개에 고정되고, 또한 상기 고압 용기의 외부에 구비된 스테이션으로 이루어지고, 상기 스테이션은 상기 베이스 히터 및 상기 팬과 대략 동일한 기능을 갖는 가열 장치를 구비하고 있고 처리품의 예열과 냉각 중 적어도 한 쪽을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 히터 및 상기 팬이 상기 하부 덮개에 대해 착탈 가능하게 되어 있어, 상기 베이스 히터 및 상기 팬이 처리품 및 상기 단열 구조체와 함께 상기 고압 용기 내로부터 취출되어 일체적으로 반송 가능하게 되어 있고, 또한 상기 고압 용기의 외부에 구비된 스테이션으로 이루어지며, 상기 스테이션은 상기 베이스 히터 및 상기 팬의 작동이 가능하게 되어 있어 처리품의 예열과 냉각의 중 적어도 한 쪽을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부 덮개가 승강 가능하게 되고, 상기 하부 덮개를 하방으로 이동한 상태에서 상기 단열 구조체가 상기 하부 덮개에 대해 착탈 가능하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 상기 고압 용기의 상단부 개구를 막는 상부 덮개로 이루어지며, 상기 상부 덮개를 개방하여 상기 고압 용기 내에 대해 상기 단열 구조체를 고압 용기의 상단부 개구를 거쳐서 출입하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 물 켄칭 스테이션으로 이루어지며, 상기 물 켄칭 스테이션은 처리품을 가열 및 가압 처리한 후에, 상기 고압 용기로부터 상기 단열 구조체와 함께 취출되어 상기 단열 구조체와 일체적으로 반송되는 처리품을 수조에 침지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
- 압력 매체 가스를 이용하여 처리품을 열간 등방 가압 처리하는 열간 등방 가압 장치이며,고압 용기와,상기 고압 용기 내에 설치된 처리품을 가열 및 가압 처리하는 처리실과,상기 처리실의 하방에 배치된 압력 매체 가스를 가열하기 위한 베이스 히터 및 상기 처리실의 하방에 배치된 가열된 압력 매체 가스를 처리실 내로 공급하여 교반하는 팬을 구비하고,처리품을 가열 및 가압 처리한 후, 상기 고압 용기 내로부터 압력 매체 가스를 배출할 때에, 상기 베이스 히터 및 상기 팬을 작동시키도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 등방 가압 장치.
