Claims (2)
- 필름모재의 표면에 자외선 경화도료인 포토폴리머를 코팅한 후, 스템퍼에 기록된 미세패턴을 포토폴리머를 매개로 하여 필름모재상에 전사하는 일련의 과정을 수행하는 광학필름 제조장치에 있어서;상기 스템퍼(2)는 비철금속 또는 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로 된 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 제조장치.
- 코터에 의해 표면에 자외선 경화도료가 코팅되는 롤타입 필름모재와 패턴이 형성된 스템퍼를 진행방향으로 이송시키면서 이들을 가압롤러에 의해 중첩상태로 가압하여 접착하는 코팅 및 접착수단과, 상기 코팅 및 접착수단으로부터 이송되어온 접착상태의 스템퍼와 필름모재를 가이드 롤러에 의해 이송시키면서 자외선을 조사하여 스템퍼에 기록된 미세패턴이 자외선 경화도료를 매개로 필름모재에 전사되도록 하는 패턴 복제 수단과, 상기 패턴 복제 수단에 의해 패턴이 전사된 필름모재와 스템퍼를 분리하여 각각의 리와인딩 릴에 의해 필름모재와 스템퍼를 회수하는 회수수단으로 구성된 광학필름 제조장치에 있어서;상기 스템퍼(2)는 비철금속 또는 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로 된 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 광학필름 제조장치.
