Claims (5)
- (+)단자와 (-)단자를 가지며, 외부에서 공급되는 전원에 의해 충전이 가능한 배터리;외부 전원과 연결되어 충전을 수행하거나 외부의 부하에 상기 배터리의 전원을 공급하기 위한 팩의 (+), (-)단자;상기 배터리의 (+), (-)단자와 상기 팩의 (+), (-)단자 사이에 위치하는 부품들 중에서, 전류의 세기가 큰 경로 상에 위치하는 부품들이 실장되어 있는 상부 기판; 및,상기 배터리의 충방전을 제어하기 위한 주변회로들이 실장되어 있는 하부 기판을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 기판에는 상기 팩의 (+), (-)단자가 형성되어 있는 외부 단자가 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이에는 두 기판 사이의 전기적 신호 연결을 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 커넥터가 구비되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 기판에는 상기 팩의 (+)단자와 상기 배터리의 (+)단자 사이에 위치하는 충방전 트랜지스터 소자, 코일, 퓨즈가 실장됨과 동시에, 상기 팩의 (-)단자와 상기 배터리의 (-)단자 사이에 위치하는 센서 저항이 실장됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 하부 기판에는 상기 배터리의 소정 셀의 전위에 따라 과충전 여부를 판단하기 위한 과충전 보호회로와, 상기 배터리의 충전 상태를 측정하여 그 결과를 외부에 표시하기 위한 게이징부 및 통신라인과, 상기 배터리의 소정 셀의 전위와 상기 센서 저항의 출력에 따라 상기 트랜지스터의 온/오프를 제어하기 위한 충방전 제어 및 보호회로가 실장됨을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
